I came in last minute to christian brothers to get my under carriage put back in place. They were heavily booked but they were so kind to accommodate me despite being heavily booked. The staff over there is extremely friendly and they and the place has a great work environment! If you face any car problems you should go yo christian brothers.

I recently had my vehicle serviced at Christian Brothers Automotive, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience! The team was incredibly friendly and efficient, making the whole process smooth and enjoyable. I especially appreciated the updates via text messages, including pictures of my vehicle while it was being worked on. It gave me peace of mind knowing the status of my car. The shop itself was very clean, and the staff went out of their way to ensure that all of my questions were answered. I just recently had my water pump and manifold gaskets replaced at the Katy Tx. location on N. Fry Road at Clay Rd.
The staff are attentive and helped me with getting a thorough inspection of my suspected issues and some I didn’t know of and submitted a claim to a warranty company I’m covered by. To my surprise Christian Brothers Garage interacted with the warranty staff confirming my claim was valid and subsequently approved for coverage without ordeal.
The work was completed and ready three days sooner than anticipated. Since my vehicle was in their garage I had no available transportation to pick it up. I was provided a free courtesy shuttle pickup to their garage when I was ready to go. The shuttle driver was very interesting, polite and a careful driver. The phone and counter staff were very attentive, helpful with my claim and accurate with the repairs and costs of repairs needed. They were in contact by texts providing me with updates as the status of repairs progressed until completion.
I recommend the N. Fry location for auto repair consultation and repair needs. I will recommend them to my friends and family.
