Today was the worst wait time in all my years going to this clinic.
I have need even as a WHITE PERSON!
Two hours for 2 med refills.
The wait was extended even after the doctor exam.
I prefer a female nurse practitioner.
The doctor was pleasant enough but I felt dismissed too easily.
The wait after my whatever exam led to my going outside my exam room and looking for the dismissal.
No managed visit once inside the wait room.
Everyone is important and deserves to be treated so.

Any visit to a doctor's office should be pleasant aside from the reasons for being there but that is frustratingly not the case across the profession.
Going here was a great experience, both the med staff and pharmacy are professional and compassionate.

I called ahead and drive from Houston. Told them I'm gonna be a few mins late. And then they wouldn't see me. Ten mins. I've worked for Drs. No excuse. So here I still sit sick!

This place never answers the damn phone I've called back to back 4 times it's so horrible to get in contact with them. I'm calling for serious matters about my prescription and I can't get ahold of anybody it's ridiculous you can't even set an appointment!! & btw they gave me the wrong the medication.

Dr Kari Benton….try to avoid consulting with her. Their bad attitude and bad treatment can ruin your day. The Clinic is excellent, the staff is very friendly but this doctor needs to treat patients better.

On a consistent basis the front desk staff at this location is frequently RUDE and unnecessarily disrespectful to me each time I come here for an appointment. I observe them being very kind to other individuals but i can only assume it's the color of my skin. Elizabeth eats are her desk and tries to hold a full conversation with patients that's unprofessional not to mention the fact she screams information across the waiting room. What about HIPAA laws? Her attitude is poor and her manners are left to be desired! Someone needs to speak to her about this immediately

Terrible clinic! My grandmother went here for her checkups and the doctor took her off her diabetic meds that she has been on ALL HER LIFE. Saying she didnt need them anymore. With Covid going on, my grandmother ended up getting Covid and went into keto acidosis along with other health problems. I can't help but think, if the doctor would've been more thorough with her examination and not rushed through with her. She would've MAYBE still been here if she had her blood sugar meds that the doctor said she no longer needed. Unfortunately she passed away with Covid. These people don't care. Don't go here! Unless you want uncaring people to care for you.
