My son has been attending this Daycare/ Pre-school program for over a year now. He started in the 2's classroom and has just finished his first year of pre-school in the 3's classroom with Ms. Ana. The quality of care at this facility is immaculate. The Director of the school, Mrs. Laura is so understanding and meets every concern that's brought to her attention. We had an incident in the fall of 2023 and I was upset about the communication. Since the incident, Mrs. Laura and Mrs. Katrina have made it a priority to notify me the second anything happens. I'm very impressed with how well they accommodate every one of the child's needs as well as the parents. If I could give them 10 stars I would! Mrs. Ana has been such a blessing to our family. She has helped teach my son to be fully potty trained, and he loves her with all of his little heart. Thank you Childtime for being a trustworthy provider that I don't have to worry a second about! I know every day when I drop my son off that he is in good hands, and if anything happens I will know immediately. They have an app where you can log in and see your little one in real time and check in on them, this should be required in every daycare! Childtime is a step ahead of all the surrounding daycares in this area.

I LOVE this daycare center. My 14 yr old son attended this center when he was in Elementary, made long lasting friends there, and now my daughter attends as well. She started when she was a baby and now she is in the after school program. Ms. Laura and Ms. Cindy are always helpful and reassuring and I cant imagine leaving my children in any other center's care. Everyone working there has been there for at LEAST 5 yrs plus and that is saying something! I cant recommend this daycare enough! :)

Love this child care center. My 15 year old use to attend and my 6 year old has been there since he was a baby. They listen to your concerns and work hard to create a loving/caring/thriving environment. I love how many of the employees have been there for years.

This is a wonderful daycare! Our oldest is attending this daycare since three years, our youngest since one year. We have nothing but great things to say about Childtime at North Fry Rd. The staff is extremely friendly, professional and is going above and beyond to make sure the kids have a great time each day. I truly cannot stress enough how much my kids love to attending this daycare. Our pediatrician points out at each visit how advanced the skills of both kids are for their age and I give all the credit to this daycare!

TLDR: The management does not care about the health and safety of your infants/toddlers and they'll rob you of your hard earned money along the way. I urge you to look elsewhere.PROs:-You have access to the classroom camera anytime. Not that you can really see anything clearly or within view of the camera lens.- Diapers, wipes and meals/snacks are included in tuition cost. If you're okay with diaper rash from the cheap quality of diapers and wipes and amenu that is open to interpretation and likely to cause your child constipation. Changes to menu are made throughout the day without notice and meals are repetitive throughout the week.-They abide by a good "teacher" to child ratio (1 to 4-6), but that doesn't guarantee the quality of the "teacher" providing "supervision". My l.o. had 3 head injuries in less than 2 weeks which resulted in bleeding, bumps and bruises. We were notified way after the fact and the "teacher" couldn't tell us exactly what happened in two incidents. In the 3rd instance she had a different story from the manager all together.CONs:-This particular facility does NOT abide by their own Health and Safety plan. They do NOT conduct wellness checks throughout the day and parents of unwell children will not be contacted for immediate pick-up if they were. My 15 m.o. can attest to their lack of regular cleaning/sanitizing by suffering through hand-foot & mouth disease among various other illnesses. He's always the first and/or only person in the house to get sick. He's up-to-date on his shots and he doesn't socialize with other people outside of daycare.-Your rate will fluctuate as they see fit. Within 3 months of starting services they increased the prices AND they still have the audacity to ask the parents to provide for party supplies which is mostly food items for the day (they're supposed to be included in the tuition cost).-Be prepared to have more than a few of your child's clothing items lost.-You won't be provided an actual curriculum. According to the pictures we receive, "activities" seem few and far between.-They rely heavily on containers to make up for the lack of staffing or supervision.I'm not sure if it's a lack of experience or staffing, but the negligence of the management staff to provide support in areas of piss poor performance proves their overall incompetence.

It started off alright but unfortunately ended very poorly. They're understaffed so kids don't move out of classes on time. This means that teachers that are used to only handling babies who can barely crawl are in charge of toddlers which need somebody more experienced to watch over. Essentially it went from a school to an expensive babysitting program. Our kid came home with too many bruises over the course of him going there so because of that, we fear for out child's physical and mental health so we've decided to move on from Childtime.

I have just started using this child care provider and wanted to give a recent review for new parents who are in the market for finding a daycare to return to work during this pandemic. I absolutely love this daycare. I have an infant who I drop off fulltime, the providers here are fully engaged with her and her growth. Since my infant is here fulltime, these teachers are her home away from home and my first concern for my child when selecting a daycare was genuine care from the providers, would they offer the same love, attention and care as a mother? The answer is yes! These ladies in the infant room are wonderful. I get photos and videos of my baby while I am away from work and it warms my heart to know that she is in good hands! They have an app which they use to communicate when she feeds, when they change her and when they are engaged in activities, and at the end of the day, I can pull up a report on how she did for that day. The level of professionalism as exceeded my expectations. The wonderful ladies like Ms. Suly ( who has been there for over 20 years!) Ms. Martha, Ms. Memeti and all the infant teachers are truly a needle in a haystack to find! I would recommend this to all my mom friends! If your worried as to how clean they are during this time, know that they are taking extra steps to keep your child clean and safe from germs. They even have shoe "booties" to cover their shoes while in the room for the babies who are crawling and learning to crawl to keep your babies safe.

I thought this was a good place until I enrolled my kids . I have a 7 month old who caught everything under the sun at this establishment. They don't use the bibs and keep the establishment cold. My 7month old would get sick every week from this place. I have a 7 year old that I enrolled as well.. she wanted to stop going after 2 weeks of enrollment , she told me they made her drink water from the faucet, & she was also bullied by an administrator's daughter who attends the daycare as well. I unenrolled my kids as I'm not paying for them to get sick nor be bullied by anyone. Avoid at all cost! Its better establishments in the Katy area!!

Very unprofessional. Wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. Really didn't even want to give one star. The manager is rude and has zero patience for children. Definitely in the wrong profession. She puts on a front like she is running a loving daycare for your children and they are going to love it there. My two boys were miserable there and my youngest son 10months at the time started pulling up on stuff and climbing and she(manager) seriously felt the need to tell me they can't handle a climber and told me he was teaching all the other babies how to climb and she couldn't have that at her place of business. My babies were fed disgusting lintels for lunch???? My other baby was 2 at the time and he was I'm trouble for opening the classroom door and we were told "he almost ran out of the building!" So they don't watch your children well either. And the teachers are all over worked and the teacher/child ratio is extremely overwhelming. They are overworked and stressed and unable to work appropriately with babies and or toddlers. Just PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR CHILDS BEHAVIOR IF YOU DECIDE TO GIVE THEM A TRY THAT IS!? I WOULD RATE THEM A NEGATIVE 5 STAR -⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ IF IT WOULD LET ME. AND NEVER NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANOTHER PARENT.

I filled out all the forms, the lady looked through all the information I filled out before they processed the payment of 286 dollars, several minutes after the payment, they said they could not accept my baby because he was born prematurely and told me that I would receive refund, so it is now 2 months I haven’t received the refund. I called the daycare, no response so far. This day care is not honest, if you can not accept my baby, you shouldn’t charge me any fee.

This is a very unsafe place I was there to ask for information and all the door were unlocked not just the front door but the second door that leads to all the class rooms. There was no one in the office. no body knew that I was there for 20 min and never knew. Anyone could go in there and God know what they could of done. This people don’t watch news . They don’t care about safety. Thank God we saw this , preventing us from enrolling our children here.
