“I like this location. It's definitely better than the one that's close to my house so I don't mind making the drive. The girls are nice and considerate. And they give you a good amount for the things you bring in. The only thing I say, could be better That I didn't understand was why would they give me back really nice clean good brand shoes and clothes that I made sure have no stains on them and look brand new? That's the only part that threw me for a loop but whatever I like the clothes here and the service.”

“A lot of people complain about the line and returns and decide to do returns on a weekend. When the lines are long and the mall is at its peak businesses just don’t come. If you don’t want to wait an hour for your purchase maybe don’t come on a Saturday when it’s 5 pm..? I know it sounds rude but I don’t know what you expect when everyone else and their momma is at the mall. A lot of customers are very entitled and we have to follow store policy and if we don’t we’ll get in trouble. No, you can’t get store credit..it’s not even a thing at our store. No, you cannot return damaged items. No, you can’t get a refund after 30 days. We will not bend our policy for your entitlement. We are hard at work and very busy throughout our shifts. The lines are going to be long because it’s a busy mall. Read our return policy before coming. Don’t expect us to bow to you just because we work retail, we are humans with emotions as well.”
