“I went to JC Penney on Sat July 20 in a hurry looking for Sephora and I was disappointed that Sephora is no longer with JCPenney. As I was about to walk out, the cashier I asked about Sephora said that JC Penney had its own cosmetic area. I decided to give it a try. I needed a new foundation and I needed to get color matched. I found Toni working that day. I told her what I was looking for. She asked all the right questions like what’s your skin type and what are you looking for in a foundation. Based on my answers she recommended Bare Minerals liquid foundation. She picked a shade for me and wouldn’t you know, it was a perfect match. I was soooo excited. Toni really knows her stuff. She’s very fun and professional and I was so happy with her excellent customer service. She listened to my needs and found something I am so happy with. “Once upon a child has always been my go to for both my kids to save $ on clothes. Lately I've noticed they've raised their prices. I used to be able to get 10-12 outfits for under $100 but the last few times I've spent over $100 on the same amt of clothes. Shirts that should be maybe $3.00 are not $5-7 and they've been asking for $8-12 for a lot of pants. It's still cheaper than department stores but I do have to say I'm disappointed. The other thing is that I used to get a lot more $ back for the clothes I trade in. I've had them hand me back name brand, perfectly conditioned clothing and then when I'm shopping g they'll be clothes with holes, stains or fades on the rack. It doesn't make any sense at all. Other than that, I will continue going because it's still a good program but, again, a bit disappointed with the changes”
