So for the past seven years of living in Katy and literally only buying my gas from Chevron and particularly this location due to it being close to my home, it has become a nightmare trying to get gas here for the past TWO YEARS because there pumps don't ever work or out of gas, and no notice saying not working. I mentioned it to the cashier one time because I was so fed up and she said something along the lines they couldn't get someone out to fix the problem. PLEASE FIX YOUR PUMPS FOR YOUR COSTOMERS! I'm probably going to start getting my gas at EXXON down the street where everything is new!!!!!

This place is a neighborhood store. Usually pretty cleanly. Couple of the employees are nice and the others have a bit of attitude. Lots of people are posted up inside in front of the game machines for hours at a time, usually neighborhood regulars so the parking spaces can be full.

Gas pumps never work from the outside and employees won’t even post when they have run out of gas. Truly a waste of time to stop by if you don’t plan on going inside.

This is the absolute worst gas station. They sell expired food, have the rudest employees, and are frequently out of gas smh. You'll never see the owners there so I guess no one really cares about the success of this business. Do yourself a favor and go across the street to Exxon

Jamie is very unprofessional & will stalk your man! She has gone above & beyond to harass my boyfriend by contacting him at our home at midnight just to tell him she bought him a birthday present. She has no shame!

My credit card was punched in and it said to imprint. The guy behind the counter thought that meant insufficient funds so he told me to try a new card. I checked my account on my phone and the $18.54 was taken out account. I went back up to talk to the guy and show him I was charged, and then he started arguing with me about it. Eventually he told me the charge would be off on 3 days. I know 20 bucks isn't much, but now we have to wait 3 days because of pure ignorance.
