Bad customer service , Dealing with unhelpful bank staff, such as banker and manager It's important to feel heard and supported when you're there.

I really believed that the negative reviews posted about this branch were folks just whining and venting, I mean, it's a branch of A BANK, right? Certainly, they would be doing everything they could to attract and maintain customers, right?
We went in to make a large payment that required help and to open another savings account. The culture of customer service was pitiful. When we came in, there was no greeting of "Good afternoon", "Hello", "Welcome", or "Someone will be with you soon", in fact, there was only one employee that made eye contact. This was from the woman 'helping' at the front as she was explaining to the person before us that they would be better off to just go online to accomplish whatever the purpose of their visit was, there was no smile or encouragement to the instructions. The eye contact with me was a glance over the customer's shoulder at us. Once the customer turned to leave, the employee glanced at us again, did an about face and walked back to what I would assume was her office. (Maybe she had some paperwork to complete concerning the person she had just send out? Maybe she couldn't wait to finish her lunch that customers had rudely interrupted by showing up with their silly problems?) Not sure, because after five minutes of waiting, she never returned.
Two other employees were in their glass offices. One was one was on the phone, the other flipping through papers, they never looked our way.
One employee came in through the front door, apparently returning from lunch, he avoided eye contact while walking past us to the office area, that was the last we seen of him.
There was an employee manning one of the two teller booths, he was chatting it up with an old woman who had come in with a rather large exchange (coins?) to transact, there was one person behind her as we arrived.
I waited until my watch indicated the 5th minute of our invisibility before giving up and going to a DIFFERENT bank. The old lady was still chatting up the teller, the line had grown to 3 waiting, the other booth was still unoccupied.
The entire branch needs remedial training in the art of customer sales and service. My pre-teen grandchildren would have done a better job.

They pick and choose who to assist and when. Walked in at 9am, 2nd customer in the branch. Needed a single sheet of paper notarized, the notary was greeting customers and we were asked to wait 30 minutes. He approached us and asked what we needed today, I told him we needed a single document notarized, he said give him about 5 minutes. The young lady who initially told us it’ll be 30 minutes went on to tell him that we needed to wait. We sat and watched him stand at the door waiting for customers to come in. Someone else was available to assist the individuals walking in but they chose to have us sit and wait while I watch him answer questions/ make appointments for individuals coming in. It’s not like I’m not a Chase member but I guess I didn’t look the part of individuals they were assisting.

Make an appointment! I’m updating my review after opening my account. Chase really has the best banking system and features around. They are a victim of their own success though because the branch is constantly busy. If you need to do anything that is not teller services (opening accounts, getting loans, business banking), go to Google and search for appointments at Chase. It will save you a lot of time and frustration in getting what you need.

Was helped by Diego in creating an account, I'm from overseas and he was very helpful and patient when I wasn't sure about different terms etc. Extremely friendly and kind.

It’s an understatement to say that thing operate very slowly here. Once it gets busy, there’s no sign-in sheet or anything to maintain a queue so everyone is just sitting around.

Came by a few times, this has to be the worst branch ever. Don’t come to this location if you have anything important to do, they have serious management issues and staff training issues. The other Chase branch was able to assist me in just a few minutes. Again, do not come here if you have anything important to take care of. They can’t assist you with that, it’s always a waste of time.

This branch is absolutely awful! If I could zero stars I would. They refuse to help or allow you to talk with someone. They are rude when you ask questions. It seems like their goal is to push you along and anything that is asked of them they all act like the customer is a nuisance.

Chase customer for over 12 years, politely ask for a $2.50 non chase atm fee to get waved. I am told no, doesn’t matter that I keep a nice balance with no earned interest. Turns out they were happy to void out $1,900 in insufficient fund charges to a Reddit user (they provided proof through screen shots).Chase punishes those in good financial standings it seems. The credit union i switched to down the road doesn’t have out of network atm fees OR minimum balances. Plus pays interest on checking and saving. Thanks for opening my eyes on that one chase. Here’s the kicker, I am told they only do 3 overdraft fee ($35 each) and one account fee refund a year per account. I have never had an overdraft fee in all my years with chase, but you stand firm on $2.50. Smooth brains working here.

I read some reviews before submitting mine, looks like I am not the only who is not happy about this place. I assume that things like opening an account is the most basic business that a banker can do. I went there to open an account and the lady said they don't have people who can do it, unbelievable! I saw at least three bankers sitting there doing nothing. Of course I knew I can do it online. The reason why I went the branch was because I would love to get serviced in person so that I can ask some questions. Apparently, they don't care about their customers.

I’m beyond frustrated now because of the laziness of these people. I came into add a savings account and the women assures me to just do it online cause it’s “so easy”. Yeah well it is easy if you know the difference between a savings and a cd which I do not. What a waste of time. Guess I’ll go to another location. Also wanted to cash my checks with the teller and was referred to the atm machine. If you like banking in person do not go to this location
