I went to open an account but they said no one is available to help me do that !!! what kind of a bank is this !!! terrible branch don't come here, go to other branches better.

Had been to open an accountInitially they cancelled the on line appointment.When walk-in was made staffs where free but told cannot be done today fully booked.Walked across the street for Bank of America and got the account opened in 30mins .
