First time at this Chase branch to open my new account. Chenchu the Relationship Banker was very helpful and friendly; She greeted me at the door and walked me right to her desk to start the application process; She helped me to setup online-mobile banking and made suggestions to my financial needs. That's 5-star customer service for a walk-in! Well done and thank you, Chenchu!

After being a 35 year customer at this bank, I was told that I could not get a bill of sale for automobile notarized, because my nephew and niece who were signing with us are not members, that is absolute garbage. Wish I could give zero.

They don’t answer their phones. I’ve been calling multiple times to ask questions about opening an account and needing to see the appropriate documentation required, but of course no one is picking up. Shameful.

Don’t come to this chase, because the manger just made me waste my time and told me the banker who scheduled me was not in the branch and messed up my appointment. So I wasted my time by coming here and getting turned away. Because of a mistake they made . It should be the managers job to fix the mistake their employe made

Ms. Maria the assistant branch manager and Ms. Jessica Snyder were both very professional and very helpful. They were kind and answered all of our questions and even went the extra mile. They deserve 6 starts.

Was getting very disappointed after visiting a couple different Chase branches, but Mary and another lady were amazing!!!! Very thankful she was able to get me and my son all taken care of.

Both atms are broken one for the last 3 months this branch manager must be terrible at their job and needs to be replaced if they can't keep their branch in a safe and viable working condition.

Guaranteed once a week one of their ATMs will not be working without fail. I have all of my finances tied up with chase and I am considering moving everything for the simple fact I can't ever use the ATM

By far my favorite Chase location. There are several notaries, so you rarely ever have to wait, and everyone at this location is genuinely happy to help you!
