I was misdirected and I wasted time and money because of this branch. Their response changed in 3 months for the same situation. This is my first 1 star review in my life and I truly believe that they deserve the 1 star review. I work with multiple banks and I always see an effort to make things right. I couldn’t see the same approach from this branch. I was rushed and interrupted. If you care about health of your nerve system, pick a different bank or at least a different branch.

First time at this Chase branch to open my new account. Chenchu the Relationship Banker was very helpful and friendly; She greeted me at the door and walked me right to her desk to start the application process; She helped me to setup online-mobile banking and made suggestions to my financial needs. That's 5-star customer service for a walk-in! Well done and thank you, Chenchu!

After being a 35 year customer at this bank, I was told that I could not get a bill of sale for automobile notarized, because my nephew and niece who were signing with us are not members, that is absolute garbage. Wish I could give zero.

I do not recommend this bank at this location because I tried to open an account and the person asked me for 2 identification at first, I had them and after what I told him that I was from Venezuela they changed the version that I had to show them 3 and he told me That is for Venezuela and Cuba total discrimination

They don’t answer their phones. I’ve been calling multiple times to ask questions about opening an account and needing to see the appropriate documentation required, but of course no one is picking up. Shameful.

Don’t come to this chase, because the manger just made me waste my time and told me the banker who scheduled me was not in the branch and messed up my appointment. So I wasted my time by coming here and getting turned away. Because of a mistake they made . It should be the managers job to fix the mistake their employe made
