Excellent Store, modern variety and over and beyond client experience especially with Anthony. I will be back again to buy more furniture just because of him and how he approaches customer needs. We got a set of pool chairs, umbrella, all fantastic quality at a GREAT price! Anthony is super Honest, his recommendations were spot on and was so patient with us. Highly Highly Recommend! Will be back again!

These guys are very good at what they do. Great product, fair prices and the service was fantastic. We had furniture delivered to a lake house near Austin and these guys did a very good job all around. We are loving our furniture.

Carlton and Steven were absolutely awesome to my wife and me. We thoroughly enjoyed interacting with them from start to finish, and will now be life-long customers. I stopped by their show room in Katy and Anthony was a delight. He helped me order a chair I had seen online into their store. He was very friendly and polite. I called later that day even after the truck cut off time and he was still able to get my order on the truck. Great service overall!

Stopped by our local Chair King in Katy yesterday afternoon to look for some patio furniture for our new home. We were assisted by Carlton who was outstanding! We are new to buying outdoor furniture and Carlton was knowledgable and patient answering all our questions. He gave us space to explore the store and was available immediately to answer any questions we had. He throughly explained all our add on and finance options, explaining the pros and cons to each decision. We highly recommend visiting Chair King if you are in the market for outdoor furniture and ask for Carlton he wont disappoint.S

Steven and Todd were wonderful to work with! I called in to ask a question about some items I was going to order online, and they were very accommodating, offering to let me order through them and even beat the online pricing! The delivery went very well, with the most careful delivery team I have ever seen. I had things going to a 4th-floor balcony as well as a backyard patio, so they needed to come through the house for the first part. They were so careful that you would have never known they had passed through. Best of all, the new furniture looks perfect! I'd rate them all 10 stars if I could!! Thanks so much!

Lack of communication skills to provide updates on furniture purchased. All I asked was for communication. And yet, I had to call them. Also, waited patiently for weeks for a bar chair to replace a damaged one delivered and the wrong chair was ordered and another end table purchased.

They have a very nice selection at the Katy store and staff was able to answer all our questions. They worked with us with our odd delivery schedule. Had another great experience at Chair King in Katy. We like shopping there because their products last for a very long time.

Carlton was great to work with; … didn’t apply pressure to buy when I was looking at all the outdoor furniture, but did answer all my questions and was very nice. Based on what I saw on the store floor, quality and comfort seem great!
