I came in expecting one thing but left to find myself enjoying a whole new pleasant mood. The goal was to fix a screen on a phone of mine that had shattered. Not only was Nichole able to help me with that, but she was so great that I brought in an extra iphone X to have repaired as well! The case selection is vast and the service is top notch and super fast. I will most definitely be bringing my repeat business for electronics repairs back to this business. Unfortunately the reviews got me to come here. I shattered the entire glass of the back for the first time ever. My camera was fine. Flash was fine. I even took a video with flash to make sure. It took a couple of hours. I asked for a time frame just so I knew and she just answered “a couple of hours” I asked like 2-3 3-4 hours and she responded with the same answer. I should have taken my phone and walked away bc it came off rude to be honest. Picked up my phone and the glue smell was strong. A few scratched were at the bottom where my speaker and charger were. Didn’t say anything. Got home and noticed my flash wasn’t working. Called and told me to come back. She worked on it after hours which I did appreciate and felt bad bc she looked exhausted form the day. I didn’t notice till a few days later that my camera features I couldn’t use. For example cinema, it automatically opens at 2x zoom. Can’t use other zoom or .5 features. I didn’t wanna go back and cause more damage. And it cracked two weeks later. The phone felt more bulky too. Now for the last month my phone has been shutting off for no reason multiple times a day. Even back to back so now I have no choice but to order a new phone bc I am scared to even get it fixed. I NEVER had an issue with my phone till it was “fixed” even when it was shattered. Hopefully this helps others but this is just my personal experience.
