Worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. The Indian guy is so rude. I walked in and he completely ignored me. I asked him 3 times was there a sign in sheet and he refused to even acknowledge me. He saw me walk out and was not concerned. Stay away from this bank!!!

I've used Capital One for years but I am moving my accounts. They closed all there branches and have huge lines every time I need to visit a branch. They've gone cheap at the expense of their clients.

You ever want to experience the worst customer service, this branch can provide it. I've never felt so unwelcome in a business interaction until I met these folks. Dena will make you feel as if you've ruined her day and are stealing her time. Love the online banking system - I hope I never have to come into a branch for any business.

The lobby is closed with a hand written sign saying drive thru only. I had to wait in a long line of cars, and then it was my turn to get a cashier's check. What should have been a 10 minute transaction took 45 minutes! Not to mention the multiple times the tub had to come back to me for a withdraw slip, then a second form of ID, then a forgotten pen. Everyone working appeared to keep going into one room together and it seemed like only one person working knew what was going on. Whoever is managing this location needs serious review. My line wasn't the only one taking forever either. I am in the process of paying off my Capital One Auto loan and will be moving the rest of my savings and checking to another bank. Complete waste of my time. You should have waived the $10 cashier check fee for such pore customer service and making me wait so long!

Message says they operate under normal business hours, yet when I go there a sign on the door says no lobby service, drive through only. What a joke. What a hassle to do a larger cash withdrawal with those tubes and if you don't have a working pen with you. Only one drive through lane and a huge line. What a joke!

Stripped down lobby because of CO VID, they are really trying to discourage anything but online and the drive- thru. Not what I am willing to deal with!

Our teller, Lisa (I believe that was her name) was as sweet as ever and handled us well. It was our first time being in a physical branch and she was fast and kind! Overall it was an easy experience.

I've been banking here for years and always have a positive experience. The tellers are so nice both inside and at the drive thru. When I've needed help from a manager the service was extraordinary and I felt like a valued customer. I highly recommend this institution and the branch located on Westheimer Pkwy in Katy, UPDATE..UPDATE ....UPDATE....I waited, blocked in, couldn't get out, at the drive thru for over 40 minutes. Was on my lunch break so returned late to the office. All this for a simple cash deposit. NOW I WILL CHANGE BANKS. Not enough branches in this area. This experience just lost me as a customer.

Two times today I tried to deposit a very large check into my new savings account. I waited in line in my car along with 10 other sets of people since we could not go inside to bank. I get it, we are in a pandemic. The slow pace at which the 2-3 tellers worked is something I have never witnessed at any other bank. After the 1st attempt, I called to speak to a manager (not knowing where that person was in the US. He was kind but had no answers and didn't even offer to look into it) I went back an hour later to find exactly the same situation--over 10 cars, 3 tellers and I sat in line for over 20 minutes again. Just when I was the next car up, they opened a 3rd lane so people that had just gotten there got served way before the rest of us. How uncaring and unsophisticated of that branch in Cinco Ranch, Katy, TX. By the way, it was over 100 degrees. Oh, and each person had to pull up, request a deposit slip, wait for it to be sent to them, fill out their form, send it back, then wait to actually be served. Seriously. I am closing my account the same day I opened it to find another bank.

Is leaving 0 starts an option? TERRIBLE customer service. Waited over an hour to see a teller. Tried to open a business account and felt severely profiled due to my age and gender. It's really not hard to be kind. Let's start with employees smiling and using the word thank you.

Terrible customer service. This branch refused to cash a business check with my name on it because I didn't have a business account and then would not take documents that had my name on it as the sole owner of said company. Terrible customer service!
