I've taken my 2010 GLK350 in for service a couple of times now. Super friendly staff, Craig is great, fair prices, and always excellent work. I highly recommend them, especially if you own a German car!

I went to the business because I own a Japanese car, but they no longer service Japanese vehicles. The employees and I believe the owner was still willing to help by suggesting other auto shops.

This is an excellent place to get your car fixed. One of the finest car repair facilities I've ever been to. Craig is very knowledgable and diagnosed everything that I needed to get done. He explained everything very thoroughly to me. Very good and fair pricing. I strongly recommend C & B European Auto & Japanese Service and I'm glad I found this place!

Craig is an absolute gem. He will never sell you anything you don't need and will do anything and everything in his power to try and save you money. An honest person in this industry is SO hard to come by, especially if you are female but I'm so lucky to have found this spot upon moving to Houston.
