This store is the worst! Every isle is disorganized and messy. Floors haven't been mopped in weeks. Employees all seem unhappy to be there and unwilling to help. Changing room attendant sent me to a room that I knew was occupied. I wouldn't enter. She raised her voice to enter and I asked her to check the room and she opened to door on a young man changing clothes. After spending an hour shopping, my family finds 3 registers open and more than 50 people in line. One lady near the front commented she had been in line for 40 minutes. They had a whole other set of registers by the mall entrance completely unmanned. I left a full basket sitting in line. I saw a manager in the way out. Told him about our experience. He said they had 6 employees call out sick. He was from another store, he said.

manager was completely rude , clothes were literally everywhere everything was just a mess! 1/10 experience never going back .

Good variety of all brands. Always my one stop shop for everything. Syeda Cashier was very helpful. Patiently and Happily scanned big list of items during checkout. I don't usually get this kind of service in Burlington as I am a regular customer. But Burlington needs to hire more cashiers like her. ?
One more thing is Burlington needs to offer public restrooms for customer. It is impossible to leave your shopping and go and find restrooms outside Burlington inside Katy mills.
