Avoid refueling at this location. During my lunch break, I was unjustly interrogated by an elderly female gas clerk, accused of "gas theft" despite presenting proof of payment. Their assumptive behavior marred the experience. May God bless her with the clarity and determination to refrain from displaying such belligerent and assumptive behavior. Cautionary advice is extended to potential patrons!

Wow! Just ordered their "Christmas Dinner" meal. All this consists of is food pulled from their frozen food section! Here they led us to believe they were cooking and boxing it. I could have picked out a better looking (and probably better tasting) ham at Kroger. First time we have not cooked holiday dinner because my wife just had surgery and now we have to eat processed food. Called to complain but deli manager was unapologetic! I'm so upset I can spit!!! This is scum. When does HEB open!

Deli closes at 8. At 7:11 pm wanted to get 6 pounds of sliced ham. I was informed " he just cleaned his slicing machine and he wasn't going to be cutting anymore deli meat tonight". So I will be happily taking my business somewhere else.

The Katy store is poorly managed and staffed. The deli, which used to be good, has become inconsistent and the food line looks dried out and inedible after 4:00 PM. The standards Mr. Smith and Mr. Cox held there are gone. the prices have gone beyond high to offensive. Across the store, prices are closer to convenience stores than mainstream groceries. I would not trust a thing from the meat department.

Grocer I go to when it's all about location/convenience/time constraint and price doesn't matter. They have some surprising items like pure arugula and shishito peppers, even sprouts, and a pretty good produce section, but I don't regularly come here bc I rarely can get everything I need in one trip nor for the best price, but I do get their gas occasionally bc it's usually one of the lower prices around.

This is the most racist grocery store/pharmacy that I have every been to. I was going here for years and then all of a sudden the pharmacy refuses to fill my medication but still fills for my white friend who is white. The pharmacist in this store I are extremely rude I'm not sure what happen to the older man who worked there for years because I never had a problem with him. I am considering turning this pharmacy into the Texas Medical board and The Texas State Board of Pharmacy.

Great small town grocery store. They have a coffee shop that makes a a really good latte for me and great milkshakes for my child. I use the store app to download coupons along with Ibotta to save extra money. Deli also has some good options when I don't feel like cooking.

Love shopping at Brookshire Brothers it's the most convenient grocery store near me and always kept clean and organized. The pharmacy has the best service, Blake helped us last time we walked in.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Yesterday evening (March 25, 2020), my husband decided to support a local business by picking up a few things at this store. While there, he decided to buy cheeseburgers and fries for our late lunch - early dinner. I took one bite from mine and discovered it was a sick looking light gray on the outside and completely raw on the inside! It smelled really bad and the texture was horrible! I will never eat anything from there again!

Useless joke of a grocery store. I rarely ever go here , even though it's just half a mile from my house. Unfortunately I ran out of eggs and was in the middle of dinner, yes poor planning on my part. However the tea issue is the total lack of service. 7:30 at night you have 1 lane open which is express and 12 people in line. 8 of which have full baskets. Then your slow cashier and slow in every respect possible finally calls for help. There were 3 people in front of me and 10 more behind me. Instead of taking the next person in line, the idiot manager flips the light in and says register 2 is open with no waiting. So of course all the people at the back of the line rush over there. It just makes no sense. I won't ever be back. This was the absolutely last time. I'll go drive over to H-E-B where at least I know I'll get good service The owners really need to look into this store and how it's being operated, the store is not only dirty but the dairy section is also as disaster with tons of out of date product. Get it together

Great medium size grocery and prices reasonable. Plenty of variety. It was not crowded at all at 11 am today and wide isles made it more enjoyable. Found what I needed easily. Will return when in the area. Had a recycle bag bin also a +.

I Live near this location so shop there often, lately the butcher is a slacker. I'm am tired of buying cut meat, and getting home seeing the under side of the meat is NOT trimmed/cleaned (tough silver skin) it pisses me off more knowing I paid for it! not acceptable

Went to Brookshire Brothers in Katy on 12-7-2018 .The lines were backed up and only 2 checkers.The checker call for assistance and no one came so I went to the office and was told there was no body else to help.As the office person was busy she said (but she was not doing anything)then I get back in line and the manager comes out of the office and does a void and still lines backed up and she did not even open up another register.Krogers here I come

Feels service and people oriented in a 4-wall retail industry that is becoming increasingly technology-driven, pulling jobs jobs out of our community. I am ALWAYS happy to do my share and pay a few more bucks in this scenario.
