Brookshire Pharmacy in Katy is no longer what it used to be. The pharmacist was very rude and condescending explaining to me that they're incapable of keeping their inventory stocked.

Since James left, this location has gone downhill...wait times up to 3 hours, very rude "floating" pharmacy techs (borrowed from other locations) as well as the new pharmacist who is easily bothered, unable to multitask, which is an essential part of any job, and also becomes rude when asked even the simplest of questions. The only reason I gave 3 stars is for the 1 or 2 pharmacy techs who are still there who are knowledgeable and always friendly...especially miss Sylvia :)

It is truly an excellent pharmacy, but the staff that is no longer there was worth gold, people come and go, good people leave and you feel the difference, the consideration and respect for all the people we have been and continue to be. frequent neighbors, we don't go for a Coca-Cola, we go for medicine because we are sick and nothing costs a warm welcome

Deli closes at 8. At 7:11 pm wanted to get 6 pounds of sliced ham. I was informed " he just cleaned his slicing machine and he wasn't going to be cutting anymore deli meat tonight". So I will be happily taking my business somewhere else.

This is the pharmacy I use since moving here. Everyone is friendly. The only thing is that they are closed on Sunday and the hours are not like CVS.

Grocer I go to when it's all about location/convenience/time constraint and price doesn't matter. They have some surprising items like pure arugula and shishito peppers, even sprouts, and a pretty good produce section, but I don't regularly come here bc I rarely can get everything I need in one trip nor for the best price, but I do get their gas occasionally bc it's usually one of the lower prices around.

This is the most racist grocery store/pharmacy that I have every been to. I was going here for years and then all of a sudden the pharmacy refuses to fill my medication but still fills for my white friend who is white. The pharmacist in this store I are extremely rude I'm not sure what happen to the older man who worked there for years because I never had a problem with him. I am considering turning this pharmacy into the Texas Medical board and The Texas State Board of Pharmacy.

Great small town grocery store. They have a coffee shop that makes a a really good latte for me and great milkshakes for my child. I use the store app to download coupons along with Ibotta to save extra money. Deli also has some good options when I don't feel like cooking.

I have been using them for almost 30 years and I would not use another Pharmacy. They know their customers and they are very customer oriented. Good people!

I will never EVER spend another dime at this store. Since I moved from Louisiana after the hurricane to Brookshire Texas I have been going to this store nearly every day. I've also been using the pharmacy for my prescriptions. I have advanced COPD and my emergency inhaler is vital for my survival. I tried to cash a check there this morning so that I could pay $44 for my inhaler but was treated very rudely by the customer service lady who got on the intercom and scarcastically
