Terrible condo to live in! The leasing staff is in charge of treating you like garbage. They do not treat you with respect and make fun of you when you ask them for help. The maintenance is horrible, I have had flea problems in my apartment for more than 6 months and they never do anything! It's disappointing

Very bad service from the leasing office and the maintenance people! All areas very dirty and in poor condition. My apartment has a musty smell and I have gone to complain and they never come to check it!! It's not a place you would want to live believe me!!

Loved these apartments after my first tour. These apartments are super cute and have a lot to offer. My The location is great. Close to Kroger, banks, and food places. Definitely recommend!

The reviews are FAKE don’t be fooled. They literally give prizes for residents to leave “good reviews”. Roaches are everywhere. Dog poop all over the grass. Dumpsters are always overflowing and there are stray cats every where!'Management' is condescending and so full of herself. She speaks to you like TRASH and looks down on the residents. She's merely there for a pay check.Save yourself. Add a couple hundred to your budget and move across the street.

I’ve been loving in this complex more than 1 year so far and it’s been good experience, the staff and the team who work here are kind and supportive when any questions come up and the building is near to everything to be honest and have access to pool, a gym and if you need and area to spend whit love ones there’s also a big room that could be rent it for a day, there’s always space for improvement like always on any complex but this administration is doing the things the proper way

I lived here for 1 year and I have never dealt with so many roaches. Pest control coming at least once a month did nothing. Neighbors are very nice but I would definitely not recommend

Great location, close to Kroger and Katy mills mall. Right on the bus route for the schools.
