We had a great experience here! Had the wife and kids running errands and Jim gave us a whole tour and showed us all their cool animals, snakes, sugar gliders, baby tortoises, hedgehogs, chameleons, all types of birds including parrots and toucans. Cool fact, toucans love their beak pet and they purr like cats lol! He was extremely knowledgeable about all the animals and where they were from and how to care for them. You could tell all the animals really love him too, especially his baby bird Mango who sits on your shoulder like a pirate. Overall great experience.

Absolutely amazing groomer! I took my angora rabbit to be groomed and they not only made him look beautiful but he was happy and not stressed at all when I picked him up. Very professional services and I would highly recommend them for even your most unique grooming cases like rabbits!

I took our 6yr old maltipoo to Brittany's pet depot for the first time for grooming. I had very specific requests on how I wanted her groomed. I met with RajHae before the grooming session. I voiced my concerns over the care she's received at other groomers, and told him about her issues. He listened attentively. When I picked up Daisy two hrs later, she was groomed exactly as I asked, and more importantly, she wasn't all stressed out. I watched RajHae with another dog while I waited to check in. He was very loving with that dog, and that sold me. He cares about your pet and it shows. I had a chance to speak with Jim, the owner afterwards and I really like his operation. Everyone at the store greeted me and made me feel very welcome. Great place! Thank you RajHae and Jim. We'll be back!

Finally got an opportunity to stop in before work and had a pleasant experience with the staff. They were very informative and took the time to help find me a great food brand as well as some other treat options to feed my picky eater of a dog.

I absolutely love this pet store! I take my cat here to be groomed and she actually behaves and enjoys the grooming! They have a huge variety of foods and pet accessories. They do a fabulous job with the grooming every single time. I also love that they have a vet come in every once in a while to see animals. Ohhhh! The best part is they have a whole lot of cool animals in there to look at, pet, and purchase!
