I’ve been a resident at Brea Luxury for a year now & just renewed my lease. I haven’t had any issues with my apartment so far. Very clean, quiet, in a nice location & no bugs. I took away one star because the walls are very thin & some residents don’t clean up their dogs poop outside.

I posted this in the wrong place and it was so wordy I didn't want to recreate. See the photo. And avoid this place if you care about comfort or quality of life. I seriously doubt these "luxury apartments " offer positive or even responsive customer care.

Brea Luxury Apartments has made my first time moving a great experience! They are very helpful and will make sure I have everything I need. They are quick to respond and friendly to talk to!
