The level of customer service provided at this establishment is absolutely appalling. It is highly recommended that the owner of this establishment personally connect with a specific female employee to address the urgent need for improvement in communication and customer service skills. There are numerous alternative places where one can find sporting goods, where customers are treated with utmost respect and dignity. If I could rate 0, I would!

This place has not only great work, but also amazing customer service! I had the craziest week and wasn’t able to pick up the soccer uniforms for my daughter’s team in time before they closed for the weekend. I didn’t know what to do. The team not only had a game on Saturday but it was also picture day. I reached out to them via Facebook Messenger and explained my situation. One of the employees came to the store to give me the uniforms and I got the uniforms in time for the pictures and the game. This was absolutely above and beyond the call-of-duty. I cannot be believe the lengths that they went to help me out. I am a new customer but also a customer for life. This place is a true gem ?

Not sure what happened to Brammers but they aren't what they used to be. Went in looking for school spirit wear and they had next to nothing to pick from. They had boxes all over the floor with baseball gear and a few racks of other misc stuff but the other half of the place had furniture in it. It looks like they may have just recently reopened or are shutting down but definitely don't go expecting a great selection.

Placed an order for some simple car decals and a t-shirt, was told image proofs would be emailed for approval. Never received a proof of the t-shirt, yet they pressed the shirt anyway. It wasn't made to order specifications, so I wanted a refund of the shirt. Was told they had to cancel my entire order, because they don't do 'partial orders', and that my simple car decals would take another week if I still wanted them, after already waiting 3 weeks. Super poor customer service, if they can't handle a simple order like this, I would not trust them with large orders.

We ordered 10 t-shirts for my daughters graduation with her picture on them to wear for ceremony and grad party. Only 1/2 of the shirts made it through the weekend without peeling/flaking and the rest lasted only a few washings. (one shirt did not even make it more than a few hours before it began to flake)We paid over $22+ per tshirt and NOT WORTH IT!!!!! Definitely would not recommend Brammers for products you would like to last.

I honestly don't like to post bad reviews, however this is a warning for others. This should really display 0 stars...Poor customer service, no empathy for sizing issues, turn around of order was epic slow (JH after School year ended by several weeks), and lack of response from sales too! Due to those issues, Brammer's missed a sale for one order from us and then customized a wrong size on another. Other companies provide a sizing chart to avoid such problems and/or make it right, not this one! So sad, I would have loved to support this small businesses of Katy. Beware!
