You never know what you have until you don't have it anymore. We went to a competitor and were astonished by the difference in care and service. Boyert is intimate, local, and convenient. All staff is friendly, effective and willing to help. Great selection of different rentals and purchase options. We will only come here for now on.

Poor customer service, front desk girls treat you like you’re not welcome and like you’re taking up their time… and the guy who watches over the range is very condescending. After going there more and more, I thought I might get treated better by being a “regular” and especially them seeing how much business I bring them ( groups of 3-4 people sometimes) but nope, nothings changed it just feels hostile in there and I will have to find another range that actually wants my business.

I recently took a one on one class with Adam and it was a great experience. Adam is a great teacher and very patient, and I learned a lot. I also improved my technique and accuracy. I got my LTC at a different shooting center in the Memorial area and I regret going there. Boyert’s classes are way more affordable and their employees are friendlier. I recommend them over that other place.

Best shooting range I've ever been to... and all the employees are friendly and knowledgeable. They also have a fully stocked retail store, and have classes for beginners to experts.

Great shooting lesson tailored to my needs. I highly recommend an individual private lesson. I have been a competition shooter for 10 years but getting back to the back to the basics and fixing things is great. Thank Clark Coneby.

Extremely patient range officers , helped me to understand why the ammo wasn’t auto loading, very patient … going to take a class soon … great facility , 20+ lanes , great store and gun options … wish they can do price match

Went with a small group and asked the front desk lady if it'd be possible to get my own lane and was told it might be a bit busy and to ask the guys handing out the ear protection. I asked them and they told me that all lanes were full. Upon going into the range there were still 6 open lanes which I would've been fine with if he told me that it might get busy and that they had to reserve some just in case but this man blatantly lied to my face which is a bad representation of this location. Wasn't able to fire off all the ammunition I had planned to given I had to share a lane and still paid full price. Not sure what the difference would've been going as a group or going in separately and being guaranteed my own lane.
