I don't know if the way they deliver the boots here is different from Mx; but they give you the same boots that they have as a sample. They are dirty, one boot clearly feels more worn than the other. They are delivered without a box, dirty. They have a lot of variety and good prices, but the way they deliver a NEW product, it feels more like buying it second hand. This happened to me in two branches.

First time in Boot Barn and won’t be our last! Great variety of clothing, accessories and boots. Lucia was so helpful finding outfits for my husband and I. We needed something for a dance and had no idea where to start. Lucia started finding my beautiful Shayanne top, then found a shirt and belt for my husband to coordinate. Staff at the checkout is very friendly. Prices for clothing are reasonable. I joined their rewards program and will be back.

I have bought many things from boot barn. There is a wide selection of western wear from shirts to boots and cowboy hats. It’s not cheap by any means but for the most part it’s usually good quality. The only complaints I have is I bought a expensive white straw cowboy hat and when I got I noticed it was bent all over the place and I was told it couldn’t be fixed and wouldn’t be replaced. I later bought a very pricy brown felt cowboy hat. The day I bought it there wasn’t a hat shaper there which was no big deal. I had my wife bring back the hat for me another day while I was at work to have it shaped. Whoever shaped my hat definitely needs a lot of work on their skills.. it was no where near what I wanted it shaped like and it was wavy. I was able to steam that hat using an iron at home to at least fix it a little but I am no hat shaper nor do I claim to be. I plan to bring it back when I have time to have it reshaped again. I should have taken it myself in the first place because I know what I want it to look like better than my wife would.
With that being said I have bought many shirts, several pair of cowboy boots, hats, cowboy hats and jeans from boot barn. In general I am happy with my purchases. I just wish the prices were more reasonable.

Went in to find my daughter a pair of boots. WOW! They had an incredible selection of boots in every style and color imaginable, but were apologized for selection saying it was less then what they usually had since it was AFTER the Houston rodeo. What? I'm impressed. They had great pricing, lots of boots in sales as well as higher end boots to accommodate every budget, high or low. Very nice young lady helped my daughter (14) find just what she wanted. They also gave us a $15 coupon to use within two weeks for a return visit. Great experience and we will definitely be back.

BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR BOOTS! Asked for a discount due to the wear of them looking very used and Grace plus the manager said no. Not even the taxes off as a courtesy.

My daughter needed some boots for a dance, so we decided to visit Boot Barn for the first time. When we walked in, the atmosphere wasn’t so welcoming. (After I invited the Holy Spirit in, I felt a lot better). We picked out a pair of cute boots, my daughter wanted an outfit. Lesly approached us and offered assistance. After telling her my daughter’s style of dress, Lesly picked out several cute tops. We loved and purchased them all. She was amazing. She’s down to earth, smiled, and was genuine the entire time. My daughter wants to shop at Boot Barn for “back to school” this fall. We will open a Boot Barn credit card and max it out with Lesly.

I usually have to order boots cause they never seem to have what I like in my size (same for my son) and we don't wear crazy sizes! I do like the boot selection most of the time and my sister always seems to find something, but we had to order my adult nieces' boots also.... They did recently rearrange the store and I'm not a fan. It's so crowded in there and you can't find what you want. And if you prefer a top that is not skin tight or a roomier size, this is not the place for you. I wear a XXL shirt because I do not want it so tight I'm working about gaps etc, but they maybe have 1 or 2 in the entire store. And forget about finding a cute Western dress if you want it knee length and not skin tight. If you're a size 10 or less, this is your site for sure! 12-14 maybe and over that, not a great chance of finding anything.

I have been to a few Boot Barns in my days but this one here in Katy is by far the best. I can't say enough about the staff, especially sweet little Grace. Her and Brennan handled me my needs and due to a ship to store glitch on my order, Grace carried the ordering on into the next stay and helped make sure the boots were delivered to me. She is top notch! Scott, Lisa and Chris as well. All great examples of what customer service is supposed to be like. Their inventory is above and beyond as well. Customer for life here. Thanks guys.
