Very satisfied, excellent service from Sandra Ortega, very courteous, kind and efficient, she treats you with dedication and patience. I left super pleased since she was the only one who explained to me and solved my problem after more than 15 days of trying. Thank you very much Sandra, super grateful.

New owners maybe? My 6 month old phone stopped getting internet/not working. They said I had to change my number and buy a new phone.Ok so I upgraded and they said it was going to cost same amount as what I was paying no problem.Well yes problem, its been 4 months and theyre still charging me for the phone that doesnt work.On top of that my new phone has *insurance* added on so it cost more than they said.After talking to the help line they said Im so sorry this happened to you, let me refund you $50They refunded me $2.33I called again with this review as proof that they took off auto pay feature on my non working phone. 4/13/23

DO NOT GO HERE !!!!!!!!!!!!!I took my daughters phone to get fixed because something was wrong with the line . First#1 They “couldn’t find my daughters line “#2 they charged me $70 to add a new line#3 They said i couldn’t use the phone i had because it wasn’t “ unlocked “ when it clearly was ??♀️#4 They gave me the free phone with my old sim card in it , took it home and it didn’t work .I went back to the store and that lady with the very badly died red hair , started giving me attitude. I was trying to explain that it was our old sim card but she swears that she didn’t know who i was and “ that was impossible “!!!!#5 She says oh” i’ll fix it “ and gives me the phone back with NOOO SIM CARD !!!!!!I live 30 min away from this location and at this point i’m not even sure that my daughters line is working !!!!She is rude and she’s a thief!!!! How can you steal from a child ?! She needs to be fired ASAP AND I WILL REPORT THIS TO THE COOPERATE OFFICE !!!!!!!

Fist time dealing with new owners. I has been here before and never had issues. This time it was different I came in wanting to get a new SIM card because I was having issues with my phone. Sandra took care of me & she duped me and charged me $25 for a new SIM card. She said I couldn’t take it with me & do it myself when I had done it before with the previous owners I even got the SIM card for free from them since they knew me. Well not this time this Sandra chick told me she had to do it which was convenient but she lied & told me I had to purchase the black SIM card cause orange& white would no longer work. Come to find out she never gave me a black SIM card it was a white card SIM card. The reason I found out was because I went to a different boost mobile a week later (yesterday) and the salesman showed me on the computer she had used a white card SIM card. The new cards don’t have a letter at the end & only the old ones do. I learned my lesson. Will never be coming here ever again. The other salesman charged me $10 he didn’t charge me for the service just for the SIM card itself unlike, Sandra she charge me a $15 fee for the service plus $10 for the SIM card. Go to boost on fry & clay better service & better prices, honesty most of all
