This is a scam. Their SIM cards don’t work. The person working there sold SIM is not helpful, their customer service tells the store needs to give me a new card but the store tells me they will not do.I tried to active the card in the store.Do not waste 1 cent with this company or store

-1 star would do justice to this store and it’s staff. They don’t follow any boost mobile policies and won’t honor any customer service. Learnt it hard way.Would recommend to avoid!!

I waited outside for 30 minutes on a Friday at 11 AM because the door was locked and no one was inside. The open sign was on and blinking but apparently someone is enjoying some free hours in the back of the store.

Went into the Boost Mobile in Katy on Hwy 90 - what an atrocity that was. This is the worst location, besides Mason Rd - I have yet to find a BOOST MOBILE STORE anywhere with any kind of customer service. I have been with this company for almost 10 years and the customer service keeps getting worse by the second. I am finishing out this month, then our whole family is changing family plans. What an embarrassment for this company. Shameful!

Have been to this location several times for trouble shooting and buying new phones. Customer service is excellent Alex is very helpful always friendly as is any other staff I’ve dealt with. Go check them out you won’t be disappointed.

Great place!! Highly recommend! We cancelled our account with Verizon. Boost mobile has much better prices [cheaper] with unlimited everything, data, text, calls. They have iPhone's & Android & great cases too. WE LOVE BOOST MOBILE, especially this Boost mobile location in OLD KATY on OLD HWY 90 in Katy across the street from McDonalds. THANK YOU!!
