Been coming here for months and now twice in one week I have lost my windshield wiper. The first time the guy found it and gave it back to me. I came back again as I pay for a monthly plan and it happened again. Now they can't seem to find it and won't do anything about it. Having to replace a brand new wiper blade is sad when I need to be spending that money on food or bills.
Don't waste your money coming here.

I have been going to BlueWave for over a year and have always been very satisfied. They have an automated wash with multiple package options. I am on the unlimited washes plan. My truck gets dirty very often, and with multiple locations in Houston; when I get off job for the day, I will swing into a location and get the truck cleaned off. They have a free vacuum and even have windshield washer fluid to top off your reservoir.

This is my favorite location for Bluewave ! I have been coming here for about a year and i want to express how the staff is always friendly and ready for day! My car is always clean and i have no issues honestly. If you want a local carwash this place is perfect there are towels for the customers windshield wiper fluid for the inside of your car and the vacuums are free !

The manager who has white beard was very impolite.
I grabbed some cleaning towels and headed towards my car. He rushed towards me shouting that I could not take them home.
Seriously, why would I take those used, ugly towels home? I can purchase 8 for $4 at Walmart.
When I mentioned that I was going to clean my car, he grabbed almost all the towels and stated it's only 2 per car.
Well, nowhere does it state that it's 2 per car. If there was a clear rule about it, I would have only taken two. There is no reason to be impolite and yell at your customers. This will be my final visit here. There are many other car wash services in the area. I don't need to return to a place that lacks basic manners.
