Its June and my 2022 tax is still pending. I have been passed from this office to an office in Las Vegas, followed by a bunch of lies and false promises. I have tried to call back Katy office at least 20 times and nobody is accepting responsibility. All mailboxes including office manager’s are full. Also do not come and comment that I should call the main line. That is as useless as the physical office.

This was the worst tax experience of my life. I have a limited partnership that is slightly more difficult than normal taxes but was told they could easily handle my needs. After I submitted all my paperwork in plenty of time I was informed they could not get my taxes completed on time. I filed and paid for an extension. They did not offer to wave my payment for the extension, after all it was their fault, I should have objected but just wanted my taxes completed. After the extension was filed they went radio silent. I sent 7 emails inquiring about my taxes, no response. I called multiple times and left messages, no response. I then booked another meeting with another H&R Block advisor, when I arrived for that meeting she stated "Desiree said you would be coming in and upset." this acknowledgment was evidence they were aware I had attempted to contact them and they ignored my questions. I provided concrete evidence in the form of the 7 emails I sent and the new advisor acknowledged unprofessional, apologized and contacted Desiree, Desiree eventually came into the office but only after I exhausted all efforts. After she arrived we finally got my taxes completed, they offered no discount I paid in full and left. I will never return to this or any other H&R block to do my taxes.
