They didn’t have what we went after but the manager was really nice in trying to help us find an alternative. The lady at the checkout was really nice. It seemed organized and clean even though it was busy.

I was in the store for 15 to 20 minutes, approached by 3 ppl selling At&t, was offered to apply for a Best Buy credit card by two different associates, none of which who could not help me or apparently find anyone who could, I asked to find me someone that could help me purchase the laptop that I selected. I finally left empty-handed.

I was eagerly anticipating the arrival of my new Sony Bravia 98" TV, which I ordered on July 3rd with an expected delivery date of July 17th. Unfortunately, my excitement quickly turned to frustration as the order process became a chaotic ordeal. Despite enduring numerous long calls to rectify the situation, I received conflicting information from the sales team, Geek Squad, and installation department. Reasons for the delays included scheduling conflicts, the TV not being delivered to the store, incorrect product information, a hurricane (Beryl), and even the TV being sent to the wrong store. As a result, the delivery date has been pushed back to July 26th. Incredibly, I was suggested to cancel and reorder the TV for a quicker delivery. The overall customer service experience has been extremely disappointing due to inconsistent information at every turn. This entire process has ruined what should have been an enjoyable experience.

Bought an 85" Sony TV, the mount, and the installation- 3 weeks ago, they cancel delivery every week. When I call the store to speak to a manager, I just get transferred to a call center. I hate Best Buy.

If you’d like to buy a Best Buy credit card, please go buy one from one of the nine associates walking around. If you’d like to purchase something that you need out of the back or that is behind lock and key, go to another store. Audibly told three employees that we would like to purchase a $2K Mac book and no one could seem to locate anyone to either find it or discuss Apple product.

The service in the branch was very good, they gave me options, they showed me differences in the products according to my needs. Unfortunately, the installers they sent did not install the smart plate because it supposedly did not fit and I had to buy another one, the Doorbell did not fit correctly and the TV was crooked. I don't know if they take away the trash, but they left everything lying around.
