I’ve worked for a bank 7 years and this is absolutely the worst service I’ve ever had. Every time I come here I literally takes 30min to complete a simple transaction like a deposit or withdraw.

I’ve had a very disappointing experience at this location. The female banker is extremely incompetent. She had my credit card delivered to the wrong address and ordered my debit card incorrectly. There’s no excuse for the bankers mistakes which have caused me a tremendous amount of stress.I banked with BBVA for nearly twenty years and will leave because of this encounter.

This is the most horrible bank. You cannot call them because they are having higher call volumes due to covid so they can't answer the phone. They're are NO branches open on Saturdays (not in Katy TX) and they don't have mobile deposit. So you cannot even deposit a check on your mobile phone. It was a huge mistake open an account here! Oh and don't have your debit card compromised or lose it because you will not receive a new one for 3-4 weeks. They will not expedite a new debit card until after the 3rd week. What kind of bank does that? Big big mistake
