I went in to this location cash a large check from a relative who is a long term PNC customer. I don't have an account there but the check was written on their PNC account. Immediately I was told there is a 2% charge which I didn't think was too unreasonable. Then I was told they didn't have that much money in their vault. I'm quite familiar with banking industry standards and I know even small banks keep approximately $50,000 on hand. My check was a fraction of that amount. I had originally considered opening an account there but read so many bad reviews about this location I opted not to. I just wanted to cash the check. Here is one more bad review for the record.

Transition between Compass and PNC very messy. We had a HELOC account with them and it was botched up on the transition. Ruined my credit!

PNC bank has to be the most poorly run organization on the planet. The branch service is terrible. The phone customer service is the worst that I have ever seen. They refuse to fix problems. They will hold your money unreasonably. It doesn't matter if you are a good client or not.

Stay away from this branch if you don’t want to ruin your day. We had an online appointment to open a new account but nobody knew about it and even branch manager, Roland Seddiq, treated us as sloppy walk-ins. He was not informative with online appointment system at all and act like an arrogant angry bird, I’ve never had such a bad customer service from any banks.

PNC app and their business methods are trash I loved BBVA no thanks to screwing your loyal customers over selling out to the wrong company you should've got bought out by Chase which is where I'm taking my money after I close all my pnc accounts!!!!

The Manager treat employees like slaves , yealing at them like crazy. I could hear him from the outside. I’m working with this branch for several year. Employee are great professionals. I continuo working with PNC thanks to the way they treat us ALWAYS. It was absolutely inaceptable the way the manager handle them. I hope he will be fired soon.

It has been a little more than 2 weeks since my debit card was suppose to arrive. The guy that signed me up for it was nice Atleast. I'm still awaiting it till this day though and I would like to see it in my mailbox soon. This is just unacceptable at this point.

I had a great experience at the Cinco Ranch and S Mason Rd branch. The staff were tremendously friendly and helpful. Fidel, made sure I understood everything about my account and how I could fully take advantage of all the offers featured. The staff didn't mind staying behind as I did get to their office about 15-20 minutes before closing. I have to say, I was very impressed and glad I went in person.

I have been a customer with the branch on Cinco Ranch for about 2 years. Today 3/13/2020 I had the worse experience I’ve ever dealt with dealing with banks. The branch manager he’s an Hispanic older guy, I forgot to get his name but certainly will gather all the info needed next week before I close my account. He used horrible customer service waving my check in my face saying it’s just paper aloud in front of the people in the bank. I am assuming he treated me this way because I’m BLACK, although I run at least 2 million dollars per year through that particular branch.

I can only give Mr. Fidel Suarez 10 stars service. I have a BOA , Amegy and Wells accounts . These banks don't get the Face to Face service as Fidel does. Even though I had a very bad experience with the Sugarland location for whatever reason (employee is no longer there) I can say Fidel saved the relationship and we are growing and building. We can do it all with apps etc but still some business owners want to talk to real people. Those other banks don't get that they are simply making their jobs absolute by pushing small business owners away and feel like a number. Funny my girlfriend remembers him from years back when she opened her first account. Keep the good work and I hope others learn from your natural service skills. AP

This branch of BBVA is so good! The staff is amazing, very respectful, specially Mr. Sam, he helped me a lot.
