“Went in 05/23 with some battery issues. Rarely leave reviews but this one is well earned from Baracca who helped me start to finish. Man knows his stuff and is well educated and trained beyond the company’s standards. Rarely do you find honest and knowledgeable auto salesmen, but this dude checks all the right boxes! I would rather drive the extra mile to this location for his assistance than trust other shops and get up charged for unnecessary services.
10/10 experience turning my stressful situation into a walk in the park.

“A man named Benny (I think) has went above and beyond for me on two separate occasions the first time I ever went to O’Reilly I went in because I was test driving a car I wanted to buy and he ran a car diagnostic check on it and told me whether I should buy the car or not and if the price is fair. He gave me honest and unbiased feedback. Then today I showed him my brand new car and he help me put the plates on the vehicle free of charge. Since I was missing tools to take off the bolts. He was very helpful and He wasn’t trying to sell me anything more than what I came in for. A1 customer service shoutout to benny (I think)”
“I had a fantastic experience at O'Reilly Auto Parts thanks to the exceptional service provided by Gavin and Rey. Gavin was incredibly helpful; she went above and beyond by grabbing tools from the back and changing my backup light bulb right there in the parking lot. I was pleasantly surprised by this level of assistance and would give her 6 stars if I could!
