Good service, happy staff, We always feel welcome and they remember us by name. I like the fact that we do not have fees for transaction that other bank charge for.

Good Grief!! Just wasted 15 min trying to see if a large deposit from a customer, cleared without problems. Katy Bank wouldn't give me my balance information and sent me to automatic teller line. However, that service requires an access code which I have never set-up, with no way to reach anyone. Called bank itself back two times...letting phone ring 10-15 times each...all with no answer at the bank! Tried to go online to find another number, but ever number refers me back to an auto voice mail wanting my account number...which is fine...but then they want an access number which again, I've never set up. WHAT A HASSLE!!! I will try again when I calm down, and if I can't get the balance or some way to verify that deposit WITHOUT having to drive to the bank....then I definitely don't need to have an account there and will be taking my business account elsewhere!! I don't have time for these problems nor expect this kind of stress from my bank!!!!!

The African American female rep at the 555 Grand Parkway Blvd Katy TX, called me repeatedly a sir, until she saw my license and then stated “I’m sorry, it’s just the way you’re dressed”.... Someone (mortgage officer at Bank of Texas - Carlos M C) using VERY personal data like credit history, income, employment status, while being on the BoT payroll , and then doing own business behind the back or BoT. The offers for buying property he does are exactly to the stress point. He pretend to be very smart but does not understand that people who better educated, had long progressive career and known worldwide, finally made more money AT LEAST deserve respect. Obviously, BoT must exclude such a "house flipping sharks" from the payroll - those must be in truly equal position as everyone else in the real estate market. Investigation needed? I would say so ...

Afternoon drive thru is sooo slow, even when I'm the one in it. Even before Covid 19 half the time I tried to use the drive-thru ony 1 employee was inside teller and bank thru teller.
