The tellers are rude, poor customer service, and if you complain, they take the time to stop working and come look at you as if you were an alien because you are demanding the minimum from them. Chase Bank, which is competition, is quite the opposite.

On Saturday my husband withdrew money and was a victim of robbery about 5 minutes later, it was very suspicious because only the cashier and him knew the amount! We went to report the incident and the response was "we are not responsible, since the money has been taken out, the person who took it out is responsible" that is very common ? in all banks it happens... I do not intend for them to return it but it is a coincidence that they have those comments and don't do anything, no investigation or anything... there was a police report but the robbery is not so punishable, they leave with bail ?

I loved it, the attention from the moment you arrive is very super pleasant, the attention of the doctors is incredible, the treatment is also my little dwarf with four incredible legs, they take their work very seriously. I loved everything. I highly recommend it. I was very satisfied. Thank you.

I am at this bank right now. Here for my appointment. I can clearly see why the deep decline in the reviews. The lady at the podium opposite the teller booths is loud and rude. She was loud and I do not need everyone in the damn bank knowing my business. Berta brought us back and had appt with her. She was professional and friendly.

I tagged along with a friend who has an account, and these people would say they don't do any of the services banks provide. Like how to set up auto pay with them to pay their cards because their apps don't allow you to set up scheduled payment, how to track the long overdue money they owe the friend. Everything is you have to do it yourself.And then, they tell you to go follow them on twitter/X to share your complaints lol

This employee her name is Salma was very rude to me… I was asking for help from some people trying to scam my account and she just yelled at me and left with a very rude attitude.She just left me with no respect at all.

I'm 2019 I was closing my HELOC and during the conversation the person from Bank of America mentioned my father (who had passed away) as his name appeared on one of my documentsI told them that he had passed several years ago and I wasn't sure why his name came up and then we completed our businessSome time after this happened I received a letter stating I was dead and all my accounts were frozen I called the bank and they told me I had to bring in proof showing I was alive. I brought in several documents and then I was alive again It took me 1 1/2 months to clear everything up as my creditors were also told I was dead. I had and still have terminal liver cancer so people believed I was dead. An awful experience I called the President of Bank of America and left a voice mail. I got a call back from some VP who tried to calm me down. I told her that I feel I should be compensated for the month and a half it took me to clean up this miss. Well nothing happened and I did not get compensation and no one would talk to me. The next I closed all my accounts. Bank of America is NOT a customer focused bank. Thanks for listening. Bruce

Don't bother taking an appointment at this location. They don't even check what the appointment is for. Mine was to open a safe deposit box. They don't pick up calls either.When I went to the location they are like immediately we don't have safe deposit boxes available.Usually other locations call right away when they see the appointment for a safe deposit box and let you know that they don't have it so that you don't waste your time showing up

There was a banker who couldn't be bothered to deposit my money orders with the I pad as every other bank of America usually offers made some excuse as to "the money orders are hard to read. Never had a "problem reading" at other locations

This place only has one teller always a long line, you are a bank please up your staff, and teach them to be friendlier. Obviously this bank doesn't care about its members because of the other reviews.

Worst service I encountered at any bofa branch. The teller Sayed is the worst .came here twice once to deposit a check ; he refused to take it claiming that he doesn’t want to bare responsibility ; are you for real man !! Ended up depositing the check through ATM . The second time I was waiting in the business lane to deposit cash , but he decided to take the client from the regular lane while the other lady Teller was only taking those who were in the regular line.
