In this bank they do not respect the order of arrival of the clients, they pass to those they know first and also the treatment is disrespectful!

As others pointed out, they only work from 10 to 4 during weekdays. With the very limited hours they open, it’s hard to maintain business with them. Even we managed to walk-in during their work time, they still cannot fit us within 1 hour. Appointment is highly recommended for anyone who still enjoys BOA’s excellent service. We are switching to Chase cross the road.

Lack of staff! One Teller! I always have to wait.Teller have no personality on certain days!!! I would think with a 10am to 4pm schedule there would be more smiles and personalities.

I, along with other reviewers, do not like the banker's hours of this location. You pretty much need to be available in the middle of the day to see a teller or any other banker. The was the 2nd B.O.A. location that I ended up going to as the first one on Nelson Way in Katy, TX, was closed with no real reason listed. What ever happened to customer service?

Stop by to make a deposit at 11:15. Was greeted by the greeter which informed me that the cashier would not be back for 30 minutes and there was no one able to take my deposit. But they still have time to take my $12 monthly service fee from my checking account.

There’s is always an issue Every time I come here to cash my cheque. Always. Today they called the manager to come ask me if I knew who wrote the cheque I was charging. TF!! What a dummy. What ? you don’t think I would know who wrote me a cheque. ?

Very clean and neat location. Staff are generally nice.The biggest concern is the open hours. This location does not open when a normal person who has a job has time, or a student is off school. 10am-4pm M-F really does not work for a lot of people. Please at least add some hours, say to 5pm during the week or to Sat. This is one of the major reason that I have to bank with Chase instead. Chase next door has much longer office hours for the customers. Waiting is not long neither.I took off two stars due to the reasons above. Appreciate if the manager can consider customer's (a lot of customers are actually the neighbors) suggestions.

Always a long line, and only one teller working every time I go in. But somebody “greeting” people…. Why can’t that person help the tellers and speed up the line?

Banked there 20+ years ago on top of things when our credit card was stolen, we had no losses. Always friendly & professional & little wait time.

Worst branch of bank of america. They don’t value their customers time, unorganized and slow. We set up an appointment 8/9/23 at 12pm for banker. We waited and wasted our appointment with nothing. The manager said, she can not do anything about it. The manager should get fired. She cannot manage the bank. We waited 30 minutes just to tell us additional 15minutes waiting time. These people are unprofessional and unacceptable. 0 customer service.
