"Absolutely appalling experience at the Bank of America Mason Road branch! The employee there, named Ashley, was incredibly rude. When I shared my previous positive experience with another bank, she became defensive and hostile. In a shocking display of disrespect, she literally threw my documents at me and sneered, "This is Bank of America!" Her behavior was completely unacceptable and left me feeling belittled and disrespected. The fact that she couldn't handle a simple comparison without becoming aggressive and dismissive speaks volumes about her lack of customer service skills. I will never set foot in Bank of America again and will make sure to share my horrific experience with friends, family, and online platforms. Ashley's behavior was a stark reminder that some banks prioritize profits over people. Good riddance, Bank of America!"

If I could give negative 10 stars to this branch I would. Absolutely unprofessional. I worked in retail banking and have had an account for many years at BoA, Wells Fargo, Chase, and quite a few credit unions. And I have seen bad tellers, bankers, branch managers, and occasionally bad regional managers. I don’t know what the issue at this bank is but I haven’t meet one employee at this branch that I would consider of any promise in any field, and especially not customer service. It is a shame to know that such a reputable bank like Bank of America has such lousy employees. They do not honor appointments they make. They do not help when there is cases of fraud. They expect the customer to simply call the 1-800 number even though the 1-800 people said please ask this branch about XX transactions.Bank of America if you read this fire everyone at this branch and start over. Because if you keep anyone who is there, they will poison your next batch of employees.

Came in this branch to get something notarized before 4 p.m. and was told I would need to wait for their 4 p.m. appointments to arrive. It literally takes a few minutes to notarized one sheet of paper! Ten minutes after 4:13 and I'm still waiting and other appointment has just shown up! Worst BOA branch I have ever experienced!

Literally the worst set of employees at this location. No professionalism & No good management. I only come to this location because it’s closer but every time I come I leave mad. Today the teller “Nushe” did my deposit but she is extremely rude and seems like she hates doing her job

Slowest bank ever, prepare to be in line for 30-45min. So understaffed.

Never put a review on bank, but this is the worst experience I’ve ever had in BOA. We went there to update our personal information and the front desk asked me to reserve an appointment which it doesn’t needed in other branches. After I have an appointment( earliest they can do is next week), I confirmed if I can also update the same personal info with my Merrill account on the same day, the response was we need to try our luck, he couldn’t confirmed nor make another appointment on the same day. I’m certain that they did not do their job, cos now I’m in other branches, updating the same personal information now than next week. I’ve been to New York branches and some other Texas branches before, I’m assure this is not Bank of America’s usual service. THIS BRANCH IS THE WORST.

I had an awful experience. I was wanting to set up a bank account forMy daughters educational fund. Carlos just flat out let me know he was not going to schedule an account creation this late in the day and other than scheduling one for the next day, there was nothing I could do.I feel as though Bank of America may be the Walmart of banking. The don’t want anything than you dropping money off.

No stars is what this location deserves. I came in today (10/7/2023) after having my wisdom teeth extracted. I needed to make a withdrawal as I wasn’t able to due so at the ATM. While waiting in line for the ONE teller that was working I listened to the “manager” gossiping about people coming in speaking Spanish. Meanwhile majority of her employees are Hispanic. I should’ve known then that the professionalism a manager should have wasn’t there and that my needs more than likely would not be met. Once I got to the teller, she sent a code to my phone, but I told her my phone is slow receiving codes so it would be a minute, she didn’t wait but then called the “manager” over where they both attempted to whisper about my account as if I couldn’t hear them, then told me I couldn’t do a withdrawal inside because the funds weren’t there yet, but I could do a withdrawal at the ATM…? After that ended up locking my card, I returned inside only to then be made to feel like an idiot by another employe wearing an Astros jersey after the “manager” left for the day. The one wearing the jersey then told me I’d have to go to a financial center to get my PIN #. However, this location IS a financial center, they just didn’t want to help me! Meanwhile, I did end up receiving the code at approximately 12:53 and had the rude, unpopular teller waited like I asked her to, she would’ve known that and I could’ve had my funds! Or would it still have been I couldn’t get my funds up they were “hard posted” as she put it?I have been a customer with Bank of America since 2010 and I have never experienced what I experienced today. A part of their job is customer service and yet I was left TWICE with no solution, helpless, and in pain from getting my teeth extracted as now I cannot get my money until who knows when! From why I saw today the women at this location are too busy gossiping, where they don’t even attempt to actually whisper, and trying to make their WORK as minimal as possible leaving the customers to suffer! I will never return to this location again and I doubt I’ll be a customer with Bank of America after this as well!

These folks don't have the courtesy of making a call to the customer if the thing that the appointment is for is not available.I had an appointment for safe deposit box and I tried to make calls beforehand to see if they have one available but they did not pick up my calls. When I show up in 1 second they tell me that the safely deposit box is unavailable. Could have either picked up my calls or could have called me back like other locations usually do to say hey no need to show up for your appointment because we don't have a safety deposit box available.

Came in to get paper work signed for Health and Human Services so my mom can continue to get their benefits. This was my first time at this location and they were very helpful.

It's Friday and I'm standing in like to withdraw money. There are 15+ people in here waiting and only one window open. Customer service is clearly not a priority once you are already committed to their service. I absolutely hate this place.

Scheduled an appointment at this location, no one there. No one answers the phone at this location. This bank, this location is fine if you don't need to talk to any one.Looking for another bank!
