It's Friday and I'm standing in like to withdraw money. There are 15+ people in here waiting and only one window open. Customer service is clearly not a priority once you are already committed to their service. I absolutely hate this place.

Scheduled an appointment at this location, no one there. No one answers the phone at this location. This bank, this location is fine if you don't need to talk to any one.Looking for another bank!

The worst bank, ATMs are useless, I made a deposit to my account and the bank kept my money and they didn't add it to my account, the solution? none that I have to wait up to 45 days for the answer if they are going to give me my own money or not

If I could give zero stars I would, this bank has the worst customer service ever. Every time I go in, there's a huge line they never have change. The manager is nothing but lazy. There's always a huge line for the tellers, and whenever they need help, they don't send anyone back there to assist them. Please save your time and go to another Bank of America.

The manager is great always asks if he can help while waiting in line. They are very polite and professional. If you want fast help set an appointment and don't walk in during lunch time it's always busy at that time. Only reason I didn't give a 5 star is because I wish they didn't remove the drive through. I have little children and it's a hassle going in for transactions

Dear to it may concern ; I stopped in the branch office located at 1622 Mason Road Katy TX 77450 on Saturday 13th at 12:20 pm to open a account with Bank of America. The gentleman at the sign-in desk told us they did not have time for us. There was 2 people ahead of us and he said since it was 40 minutes until closing time we would have to come back another day. I was really shocked that Bank of America was turning a new customer away. We arrived at another branch at 12:40 pm and was greeted and seated to wait for the bank representative. We received fast and thorough service at the 2nd branch. I wanted to let you know about what I considered poor customer service from the Mason Rd branch. Thank you

11 people ahead of me. No drive through. 2 men in suits telling us line is long. Why is there always a wait at this location? But always a person saying hello? Wish there was more tellers and less people wondering around.
