I have banked with Bank of America since 2003, more than 20 years! We walked into the bank to open up an additional account. I told him that I have long history with them. It was empty - 4 Bank of America employees were sitting in their empty cabins / no customers. One came out after 5mins and he told us rudely that he can’t do it today and we will have to come back with an appointment. He had “go away” attitude! We went to chase bank across and got it done in 5mins. I will be closing all my accounts here and have to say “people” define “companies - bank in this case”. His attitude was unacceptable, not customer focused but repulsive! ? They should probably not have humans in the bank and have robots - will be more friendly, customer oriented, efficient and effective for Bank of America.

Do NOT do business with any Bank of America. We had an account with them and when we tried to close it, they would not release our funds for months. This is the worst bank in the universe.

The waiting time is ridiculous. 8 people in line waiting and only one cashier. This is lack of management. A good manager will not allow long lines.

Horrific staff that have zero knowledge of Bank of America or banking in general. 20 year customer, transferring all my accounts out after my experience with this location. Would recommend credit union across street as better option.

I have been with Bank of America for decades and they are no longer customer centric at all. If you work, commute to the city, and are looking for a bank available when you need them: skip this bank. The new location at 1463 in Fulshear is open 10am -4 pm five days a week. No late Fridays, no Saturday. And in fact I just went in during lunch and I was told by the manager greeting me that the only (!) teller was out for lunch which the manager thought was fine. It was suggested I could use the ATM —which is obviously what the Bank thinks in addition to online is the way of banking. Dear BofA you ask what I want the Power to do? It is to have you remember who your client is and learn we could use hours and attitudes that reflect you care. Skip the fake Power slogan as we obviously have zero power when we bank with you. So if you do care—get back to service! You all seem intent on everything but that.
