These ATMs of this bank that are on the outside are of no use, they give you back the cash, the checks, whatever you are going to deposit, even if they are always in good condition, you have to get out of the car and deposit inside. in the agency

So i see the 2 stars is because customer service is trash... Driveway obe was broken and "an employee" completely blocked off handicap area and antagonizes customer.

Very very rude and unprofessional. There are 3 people behind the teller, one of them asked us to come to their booth only to get ignored because he was more interested in learning “new keyboard feature” with his colleague rather than helping the customer. Wish I could give -100 stars if possible.

Went to cash two checks they charged me $8 per check on top of the teller running my funds thru a cash counting machine and the machine didn't count my money correctly. It was caught but imagine those who funds weren't. Poor customer service and poor bank to do any transactions with

If I can give negative stars I would. They would not cash a check because it was over $4000. HOW can a bank of america not cash a bank of america check. This is a disgrace to the banking industry. Take your money and business elsewhere.

This location has no human beings, the phone calls are never answered. I am in need of a document so I calledthis whole morning to speak to someone at this location but none answered.

Honestly I read the reviews before coming to this location and the reviews couldn't be more accurate. There are barely any employees working. They do not answer the phones and anything that requires a banker is over an hour wait. The receptionist was pleasant but there is absolutely no convenience and it's a huge setback. I will never come here again

5 star service here at the BOA. Came here without an appointment to open a business account. They helped me right away. Ms Adriana who helped me to setup my business account. Will be back here definitely. I do bank with Chase but BOA is so much friendlier customer service.
