I have researched and reviewed used cars for months, I found the vehicle I wanted with low miles and a great price. I hate buying large items, it makes me very anxious, Daniel and the rest of the staff were exceptional. Explained everything, and it really didn't take long.

Auggie Lee was a very helpful and pleasant sales representative. He was able to quickly get the vehicles ready that I wanted to look at and test drive. Plus, he was very knowledgeable about each automobile and it's features. Once I made my decision, Jasmine, the manager, swiftly put together the financing and got me on my way. Avis Car Sales Katy made buying a vehicle less of a headache. Thank you!

If possible i would say ZERO Stars! I had an appointment to see a car today at 10:30am. I drove 2 hrs to buy the car only to find they sold the vehicle the night before and it wasn't available even though it was still in the lot. They said they understood my trouble but obviously not! These people are not to be trusted, they are selling cars off a gravel lot with a single wide trailer office! Don't waste your time or money, look elsewhere! They are selling used up rental cars ready to blowup!

My review is extremely late, but better late than never! I purchased a Camry in November of 23' and Daniel Jimenez was a pleasure to work with! Not at all pushy or overbearing while still being attentive and available. The deal I found there was much better than anywhere I had been searching and they were kind enough to make sure the vehicle was available for me, as I was driving in from out of town. Fast forward to eight months later and the vehicle is still running great without any issues! Would definitely recommend and would purchase from them again. Thank you Daniel and to the manager who worked with me as well!

Best Experience dealing with a dealership so far 100% recommend Daniel Jimenez is really good at his job and knows how to make his customers happy!! Stayed after hours so we could have the best deal out their! Him and the finance Rep Lady definitely earned our return business in the future!!

My experience from start to finish was great,Daniel greeted me with respect & was very professional also.He worked with me & I can honestly say it’s not about making the sale he wanted me to leave there feeling truly satisfied with a great deal,Please tell a friend to tell another friend to come to Avis car sales in Kathy & I promise, you won’t be disappointed.I can’t remember the lady’s name but she deals with the paper work a big thank you again.

I bought my car yesterday from Daniel Jimenez he was absolutely amazing and patient.I had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle from Daniel, and I must say, the experience was exceptional. Daniel's extensive knowledge about the cars, his patience in answering all my questions, and his genuine dedication to ensuring I found the perfect fit for my needs was truly outstanding. He wasn't just focused on making a sale, he genuinely cared about what I wanted. We test drove 3 different cars and even the day of the buy I wanted to test drive just one more time. This was a problem at all Daniel didn’t make me feel dumb or less even tho I am a young buyer. I appreciate his patience and hard work. He made me want to buy from him because he wasn’t pushy like most sales people. He was genuinely nice and gave advice that was very helpful. If I’m ever on the market again for a new car I would definitely come to Avis and definitely do it with Daniel. As a female car places like this are intimidating but here at Avis I truly felt comfortable and wasn’t treated less not even for a second. They were transparent and didn’t change the price ever. Whatever the website says is what I got and I appreciate that. I couldn’t thank Avis or Daniel enough for getting me into my new car.

I have had the best experience at this place - way better than any car dealership I’ve ever been to. The sales man, Chris Wilson, was so kind and let me and my wife load up our three toddlers and their car seats into the car to test drive it, and then didn’t berate us when we said we wanted to keep looking because we weren’t sure. Called on Monday to end up buying the car and planned to come out there with my down payment from the insurance settlement check (my previous car was totaled) but I wasn’t able to get it turned into a cashier’s check for them due to problems with the bank (I do NOT recommend Wells Fargo)! I called the office and the employees were so kind and helpful and let me purchase the car and expedite the check to them later. Nothing but applause for this place from me. 10/10 recommend Avis Car Sales Katy!
