the employees in this store are all very nice and attentive to customers. Jesus gets out his way to helped me beyond my car problems and replaced my car battery. Thanks to him and store manager’s generous help, I can again drive my car with peace of mind in this hot Houston summer!

On my way to this Autozone I called the store, letting them know what I needed and that I was in a hurry. By the time I had gotten there Jesus Razo had my part in hand and ready to go waiting for me. Never had a better experience at a parts store.

The staff at this Auto Zone is amazing. My check engine light was on and I had no AC. Marco was fantastic then Sebastian and John began to help as well. After the check engine light test they answered many questions for me as I purchased a new battery for my car. They helped my afternoon go by much smoother than I expected. Many thanks to you all. ?

Extremely helpful staff. Ran the diagnostic for my check engine light and then explained in detail the possible repairs that might be required. Took the time to make sure I understood what might be needed and then printed off info about parts and error codes.

This is one of my favorite place to go and buy parts or anything for your car. I needed to go there and purchase and replace my battery. They were so nice and helpful, they help me take out and put in my battery that's one of the biggest reason why I love this place because of there customer service. I will always go back here.

one employee was busy with a customer at the register.
2 or 3 in the back of the storage room,talking with another customer and i'm at the other register waiting for about 10 mns.ready to pay and waiting and waiting and waiting..finally the store phone rang,another amployee showed up and this guy act like i was interrupting the GRAMMY AWARDS WINNERS.really ?
