I will say the PREGNANT female employ up has always done an amazing job when I'm up there. Even when people are yelling at and acting like they own the place she still acts professional. It's sad to so many reviews playing the race card when I have never ones seen her turn anyone away unless they themselves were rude. I am always comeing back to this store. Don't worry hun that lady and what I assume was her son they don't need to come back they made everyone uncomfortable with how rude they were to you.

Super disappointed in today’s experience at this AutoZone location. My 70 year old mother in law needed help with a new battery for her car and she was denied any type of assistance. One of the employees said his manager instructed them not to help and when we asked the manager for help directly she proceeded to ignore and act busy on her phone. I wonder if it was because she wears a hijab.

Terrible customer service the “manager” it was a lady and didn’t really want to help kept saying we can’t with this and can’t help with that just to go back on her phone to text. Go to another auto zone
