Perry is the absolute best. I’ve lived in Houston for 6 years and have not found a shop more trustworthy and affordable than this. They service minor or larger issues, anything from an oil change to an engine replacement. There are issues I’ve had with vehicles that other mechanics could not even diagnose correctly, while this place finds the culprit promptly and will even show you the worn parts and help you understand what needs to be done. Perry himself has daughters and knows that shops can be predatory, he prides himself in having integrity and knowledgable staff. I drive across town any time I need car maintenance and donot trust anyone else.

Perry has serviced all our cars for the last 6 plus years. Transmission rebuild on my Honda Odyssey, multiple repairs on my son’s 2005 Accord, 2008 Ford and 2019 Ford. He’s pleasant and helpful and gives us a military discount as well! Super honest company. He helped us realize that a VERY costly item that needed major repairs was still under Ford’s warranty! He could have easily fixed our truck and had us pay thousands to him but he was honest. Top notch!!!!

My situation is a little unique. I had a magnet drain plug installed on my oil pan in the recent past. Today no one in Katy would even look at my car, but I called Auto Care USA & Perry was amazing. Mind you I couldn’t leave today for my Louisiana trip without my oil change. I was listened to about my drain plug situation & showed & explained my drain plug. They took care of me in less than 45 minutes. Overall service was amazing. I will be using this location for ALL my future auto needs. Thank you so much.Service: Oil change

My husband and I dropped by to have diagnostic done on our Odyssey due to battery getting drained and we end up having to jump-start it each time. Instead of going along with a diagnostic service request which incur a fee, Perry went straight out to the van and run a test on the battery and told us exactly what we needed to do to fix the problem without charging us a dime. That's a true gentleman.
