SCAMMER!! BEWARE!! I brought my 14k necklace in for a repair (the clip was not latching well). This guy removed my 14k clip and replaced it with a 10k clip and kept my original 14k clip that came on my necklace! When I asked him why he replaced my 14k clip with a 10k clip he said because that's what it came in with. LIES!! What he doesn't know is that I took pictures before I dropped my necklace off! I now have (2) 10k clips (the one on the necklace and another one that was supposedly my old one, it's broken so I'm assuming it came off someone else's necklace). I have no ideal what he did with my original 14k clip. BEFORE AND AFTER PICS ARE ATTACHED!! DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS UNTRUSTWORTHY SHOP!!

In Katy and have always used Auri. Took him my diamond ring when I lost a diamond and he fixed it beautifully. Recently took him my old Sieko kinetic watch and a chain to be repaired. What a pleasure to do business with people who still care about their profession and it truly shows in his quality of workmanship. Again, I thank you Auri !

I had a wonderful experience at auri. I took my dad's watch to another jewler,and he told me I was screwed. There was nothing I could do. My friend recommended auri and told me to get a second opinion. I am so glad I did. Auri fixed the problem immediately. I have nothing bad to say about auri He did a tremendous job and I would recommend him to anyone. I am so happy with his service and it was very reasonable. I was surprised. Ty Auri!

Stopped by to have a few links removed from a new watch. The owner was helping someone else when I walked in. He made eye contact and he told me he'd be right with me. Just this little thing is somewhat of a lost art. When it was my turn, he was friendly and got me taken care of in just a few minutes. $13 saved me what was certain to be a headache and a scratched watch if I had tried it myself. Thanks!
