Marc was awesome & helped my family so much!We came in to switch from T-Mobile to AT&T, & not only were we able to switch our phone plans, but he also helped us switch from Xfinity to AT&T fiber for our internet. Super cool and professional help!

I went to buy a cell phone protector... and once I had it in my hand I tried to bend it to see how resistant it was and I broke it... it was very simple and something of little durability... the man from the store made me pay for it ... I tried to explain to him and he just said you broke it, you pay for it ..

Great customer service and I got in and out swiftly the day I went inside the store. The representative answered all my questions and assured me if I needed anything else just to give them call and hand me a Bussiness card. I was very impressed!

Went here yesterday with some phone issues and was helped immediately. Everyone that works there is friendly and very helpful they all gave me great advice on what to do. They made it easy to understand and I am not a big technology person but the way they were able to walk me step by step on what to do made it very easy for someone like me to understand!

This location deserves a review. With customer service seems like a "thing of the pass" Meggin gives us hope. My Vaught, I had a data issue with my i Pad. Meggin listen to closely to my Dilemma. She Immediately gave me my options and went to work solving my problem. Not close to being text savvy, she explained every step she was doing and got me up and running right away. She could of took my money and got the job done. But no, she explained and educated me as she completed the task. AT&T I surely hope that you know what an asset you have with Meggin. I visited three other A&TT stores in the Katy,TX erea, with each store giving me a 800 number to call.Thanks again Meggin!

They could not help me in the store. I got married and wanted to get on my husband's account. I have no desire to call a hotline for ANYTHING. Much less a service I pay so much for. That's why i came into a brick and mortar store. ATT - why pay rent for a store and pay money to staff a brick and mortar store if you cannot assist your customers at your stores. This store is not a store that prides themselves in great or even good customer service. Not a place that believes in "going the extra mile" or doing anything beyond their exact job description to help out a paying customer.

Bad bad service came to pay my rent the lady is rude and cannot do more than one thing at the same time, why I have to wait 1 hour while they sell merchandise for paying my phone rent

Where do I commence with this one? I had a recent horrible experience of discrimination at this particular location and fortunately, I have it all recorded on video. Representative Megan Vela clearly doesn’t fancy African-American patrons because she not only explosively cursed and yelled at me for asking questions about my account when I was NOT addressing account issues with her, but she absolutely could NOT control herself during her tirade to the point she had to be closed into a stockroom at this location by representative Luis Flores, who was also unprofessional, but at least he did not rage out like his co-worker upon me asking questions about my account. I felt very threatened by Megan Vela and this level of discrimination caused me mental anguish. Manager Marc Lozano was the only professional person at this location who did well with patiently answering my questions without threatening me, smh. I do plan to take legal action for this one!
