You set an appointment time for a certain time for a reason!!! I had a 9:30 and I came in 10 mins before check in go sit down there was four people waiting cool! Nope 6 people go before me before I go back to the front desk to find out the lady still had my paperwork sitting on her desk!!! She wanna tell me there is two doctors here. Naw I had a 9:30 appointment for a reason I didn’t get a 10 appointment I waited 45 mins before these people did my eye exam! Don’t waste your time here if you have other stuff to do!

I have come in multiple times and Linda G has been beyond rude and slow to accommodate any requests. I had called the other day to request my prescription and she was immediately snappy with me and raised her voice. She then proceeded to hang up on me when I asked her a few more questions after acting annoyed that I asked. I came in to get my prescription and she asked if I had just called the day before and then rolled her eyes at me. She then proceeded to take 20 minutes to simply print out my prescription out of spite. She is terrible and I don't know how this miserable woman still has a job. She is like this every time I have come in. I will not go back as long as she is employed.

Lady at the front desk is beyond rudeI think her name is Linda. I can't believe she still works there. She is the worst person who obviously hates her job.Jossie is super nice though

I love coming here. They are efficient, the eye doctor is great and attentive, and it's a quick in and out. They have very nice deals and are quite helpful. I've been going here for a while. Highly recommend them

Got my first contact lenses had Ester Lewis teach me how to put them in. It took me a while to learn but finally got them in Ester was very patient with me despite me struggling for a long time.

Had an appointment at 4 and was still waiting to be seen at 5pm. Asked the receptionist twice how long it was going to be, all she said was “idk, you’re next.” I tried to ask was it normal for patients to wait an hour after appointments, she said idk you’re next, that’s all I know. I asked was my appointment not at 4? She said yeah but the doctor is the one in charge. The doctor was in the room and was in that one exam room the entire hour I was there. She had 4-5 patient folders stacked in the bin outside, all of them waiting to be seen. Ended up leaving after an hour and 15 minutes of waiting to be seen. Would not come back

Oh, I wish I would have known about this office before I went to my previous eye doctor last year. This office was absolutely amazing. They were professional, kind, courteous, understanding, and knowledgeable. The staff had excellent customer service. And the doctor truly cared about my vision because she took the time to educate me And give me different options as far as glasses and contacts and what type of glasses and contacts that I would need. And Doris was so sweet. I don’t think she actually works at this office but I was lucky to get to meet her because she was also very knowledgeable and she gave me important information that I needed it and she made sure I understood before I left, I am so grateful that I came to this office today because I have been truly struggling with my vision and I need help because I don’t have insurance. The prices are reasonable and affordable and I actually look forward to going back for my follow up visit I want to thank you guys. I truly appreciate everything you did for me today, I will soon bring my family back so they can also get a vision screening.

My recent visit to America’s Best Contacts and Eyeglasses offered a mixed bag of experiences, ranging from smooth appointment scheduling to chaotic post-examination processes.Booking an appointment was a breeze, with the system proving fairly easy and efficient. However, the breakdown of insurance details was clear and straightforward, making the initial steps hassle-free.Where things took a downturn was after the eye examination with the doctor. Despite the smooth check-in process, the post-examination phase felt disorganized and inefficient. I found myself waiting for over an hour just to complete the check-out process, which was frustrating and time-consuming.While America’s Best seems to have the initial check-in procedures up to par, the lack of organization and efficiency post-examination detracted from an otherwise satisfactory experience. Improvements in streamlining the post-examination processes could significantly enhance the overall customer experience.

Short wait time, the Doctors are Aj ways very punctual and attentive, Esther was a great help with showing me how to put my contacts in, she was very polite, patient, and informative. Highly recommend this location.

Dr. Gloritza is always taking care of me in an outstanding manner, and Jesús was great. He helped me toorder my glasses and contact lenses. I was feeling so anxious - I have a high prescription but his attitude helped me tremendously.He is excellent and thoughtful with his customers. ?

This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I had to call several times. They kept telling me they would call me back and it was several days before I heard back from them. I will be taking my business elsewhere. The only reason they received one star was because I had to give them at least one.

Thank yall for being there in a pinch! When I flushed my glasses down the toilet, yall were my go to! My insurance wouldn't cover the visit or a new pair. With all your discounts it was super affordable!!!! Customer service was amazing too!!! Super fast and very friendly!!!!

First they told me I needed to come in for a visit to get my contact prescription, understood. I had already been there for an exam this year, so I called and asked if what I would pay to come back in. I was told I would have to call insurance. Why they can’t find out, is beyond me.. maybe I’m wrong? She wanted me to show up to be told what the appointment would cost, after I got the service, because apparently HIPAA will not allow them to tell you what your visit will cost, before hand. Then I find my prescription for my glasses and it included the contact prescription, so I had already paid for the exam and they somehow didn’t know? Shady. Lastly, I went on their online website to purchase my contacts. There was a coupon to save me $95 on a year of contacts. Well, because they are having issues with their website not taking HSA card you need to order them from your closest location, over the phone or in person, but they won’t honor the $95 off because you aren’t ordering online, because they are having issues with everyone’s HSA cards… I will not use them again. I will take my money elsewhere where. Beware. Don’t go there.
