Esther was great showing my daughter how to out contacts on. She was patient, kind, and very helpful. The doctor and young lady that helped with glasses/contacts were also very kind and gelpful.

Jalisa did an amazing job in assisting me today. One of the screws came out of the middle part of my glasses and they were about to fall apart. She worked diligently to repair them. She made my day! Now I can see you again!

Got an eye exam and the tests were done with Camila she had a great energy and made all the tests easy to understand! Will definitely come back for future eye exams and such!

Pardon me but I'm not sure as to why I’m seeing all of the NEGATIVE REVIEWS about LINDA with the BIG DIAMOND because I had a very pleasant and welcoming interaction with her. I initially had an 11:30am Appt on Saturday. However, I called to ask if there were any earlier appointments and she got me right in and was very kind in the process. She even took the time out to help me pick out my frames and to educate me in all areas that I inquired about so the LINDA in the REVIEWS isn’t the person that I met. Also, when I called on Friday, the other Linda was nice as well. Maybe it’s you guys thinking that the customer is always right and not realizing that everyone has
feelings. She’s a sweetheart (Linda w/the BLING). Also, the Optometrist was very helpful as well. I had a pleasant experience.

Ms.Linda was able to immediately fit me into the schedule when it became clear that I’d need another exam before they would send my glasses back to the lab for correction. She did so with grace and a smile!

The appointment was fast and everything went smoothly. They have a large option of glasses you can choose from. Everyone was very nice and took the time to respond the questions I had, specially Aline.

I have worn contact lenses and/or glasses for 50 years. Nest Eye exam I have had in years by Dr Karsan. Lily helped me navigate the options for my glasses. She anticipated my questions and answered before i could ask. I will be going again for my annual exam next year.
