Standing in line, waiting… someone in the drive threw pulls up told they need to come in. Teller literally calls customer from behind, doesn’t speak, say one moment, how can I help NOTHING, just calls the lady to the counter and helps her…Ingrid banking while black in the suburbs make me invisible????

I've had no issues in the 3 years I've banked here. Staff is generally friendly and helpful.
