Phenomenal staff! The ER doctors and technicians were fantastic with my furry baby. They were amazingly patient with all my questions, allowed me to stay overnight with my girl and took excellent care of her. They took the time to explain everything to us and made sure we knew we could call with any questions or concerns that may come up. I've been up for 31 hours caring for my sweet pup and spent 24 hours with the best Vets taking care of my best girl. Thank you so much!!

5 stars and more! We had an emergency visit and was so pleased with the care and the bill was very reasonable. Although the diagnosis was bad, the tending Vet Jaclyn had amazing bed side manner and gave me the worst news in the best way. She was kind and had a care for our dog that was natural. We were able to take our pet home that evening, but sadly had to return when his symptoms worsened. This place is amazing. Putting a pet down is a sad day, but everyone there made it as comfortable as possible. He had a private room, with a cozy bed and calming music playing in the background. This place goes above and beyond to truly care for your animals. We will continue to bring our pets here they have clients for life!

Had to rush my little old man Rusty to All Pets early one morning because he was hemorraging from his hine end… they knew nothing about me or my little dog and told me to come on in… we were treated exceptionally well!… unfortunately I had to make the hard decision to have him put down… the doctor and staff were so sweet and understanding… they even sent a card a few weeks later which warmed my heart… Thank you All Pets!… You made my decision and loss much easier.

Would give less than one star if that was available. Took my older dog as he was limping on hind leg. No injury and nothing else known. Other than taking an x-ray, they did nothing to examine the leg. Their immediate focus was all his organs and systems. I felt they were looking for anything they could find to run up the bill. The front office staff just sits there and talks, and giggles the entire time, and if you ask a question or seek info on something, they just seem annoyed to be interrupted. Three doctors, a night in the hospital and a HUGE bill amount ($3K plus) later, the answer was we need to do further testing and keep him longer. I took him home, where a day later, the real problem...a spider bite or sting on his inner leg, festered up, popped open and bled/oozed pus out and he passed away quickly. They completely missed the cause of his problem as they were laser focused on running up the bill. They did acknowledge that his leg was swollen and warm to the touch, but automatically jumped to an assumption that it had to be something organ related. Yes...they will say, well we showed you everything and you agreed. Yep...with a crying wife and the heat of the moment, I sure did. But never were there any communications that this might not work...because they missed the problem to begin with. My overall take away was a business model of “as much money as possible first,” then worry about the pet. I make an analogy of taking your car in for a leaking tire, and being told you need a new engine...and the new engine still does nothing for your car. Never was there any communication that the outcome could still be negative. I miss the days of the old country vet coming to your house, giving you a black and white picture, and saying it may or may not work.

I recommend never coming to this place they care more about money then the animals themselves I brought my cat today very ill paid 164 to just walk in when they examined him they wanted me to pay 5000 before they even do any treatment and when I told them I couldn’t afford it they gave me an option to either put him down or take him home with medicine they injected him with my cat is suffering at this moment because they care more about the money then the animals don’t ever come to this place

Dr Choyce has now seen my senior pet for several times now to monitor her kidney care. He is very thorough, caring, and knowledgeable. What he goes above and beyond is that he takes the time to find out if new treatments are available for my pet's complex senior issues. He makes himself available for any questions I may have. I am so glad to have him as my Vet. Dr Choyce is an extraordinary Veterinarian.
Overall, my whole experience at All Pets Hospital is always great. I get greeted by the front office staff immediately. I never have to wait longer than 5-10mn. The technicians are caring and professional.
> I highly recommend All Pets Animal Hospital.

I cannot even begin to express my happiness. Called on my way with an emergency and they were outside waiting on me to pull in. The team from front desk to the doctors explained and shown compassion the entire time. My baby is being hospitalized and they allowed me to stay as long as I want even bring me a blanket to lay on the floor with my child. The amazing part is, they offered coffee and went to look and found me a phone charger so I didn’t have to leave. If I could give a hundred stars I would. Clea and I love this place and thankful for the care, professionalism and most of all, love they shown Clea. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I hate to have to do this review and it took me 2 weeks but I have to warn. My dog was throwing up most of the night so I brought him in the next morning which was a Sunday and my vet was closed. Right off the bat with just symptoms of vomiting they gave me a summary of $1,600 again this is before they touched him. Of course I paid but Unfortunately he swallowed a toy and it was going to be another 8k for the surgery and he would have been 14 in October so I had him put to sleep. I left there with out my dog and my total bill was $2,000. That is just so excessive. With my dogs age they could have done an ultrasound first instead of all this blood work and testing. I am just so disappointed. I’m not saying the staff was horrible the vet was nice and so was the techs and I’m sure they where just doing their job but how horrible.

Genuinely so thankful for Dr. Manning and her overnight staff. My dog was in terrible shape, throwing up and diarrhea and severely dehydrated and he needed to be seen for supportive care at 1AM before my office opened at 7AM. Dr. Manning explained everything in detail and was very sweet to my pup and I. My dog felt so much better in the AM and was able to see his regular vet for treatment. Thank you for all you do!

The doctors here are so caring and knowledgeable. We took our Moca in, who had cancer and fluid on her chest. We did not want to let her go and did every treatment and surgery we could to save her life. After visits to other facilities, with being unsatisfied, we finally came across All Pets. They gave Moca the best care. They also drained her chest three times for us, even though it was suggested not to because they were caring enough to allow us a little more time with her. Unfortunately, we had to put her down. Although, a heartbreaking event, the doctors who did it were so compassionate. They took their time to explain every step which help our family process the event. We will be taking our other doggies here as well. Thank you All Pets….??

The care for our cat was excellent. Dr. Duff and his staff were very knowledgable and took the time to speak with me about next steps. I am an ex emergency/trauma provider so Dr. Duff spoke to me medically which I appreciated. We decided on the best course of action for the near future. We will need to put our fur baby down which is a hard thing to do; however, Dr. Duff has made him more comfortable so he can enjoy saying goodbye to the family. He is even eating and playing. We appreciate these last moments given to us and Dr. Duff made that possible. I would definitely recommend.

I came in with my lab because he had a mushroom poisoning. I even brought the mushroom into the clinic. I explained all this to the doctor and completely ignored me. They didn't want to do any test. They didn't even look at him. They charge you upfront but don't examine your dog correctly. The doctor said that my dog would die within 24 hours and that antibiotics wouldn't help and was pushing for euthanasia. I requested for the antibiotic prescription and I left with my dog best decision of my life. My dog in fact did survive past 24 hours. The antibiotics are helping him and he's getting better, and I am glad I didn't leave him there at this clinic. They do not care about your dog. All they want to do is euthanize your dog and charge you an insane amount of money to fix your dog, but in fact makes your dog worse. I wish I had read all these bad reviews before I took him there. I would've saved my money and gone somewhere else. I do not recommend this place and they seriously need to be looked at from the BBB. Save your time and take your dog somewhere else spoken from someone who went through all the steps and luckily got my dog out of there before they killed him. The amount of grief and sorrow that this clinic put on my family and myself was uncalled for and extremely inhumane that was not appreciated and I hope I do hear from the manager next week.

Dr Clower and assistant Rachel were absolutely fantastic during this rough time we had to go through with our sweet boy Lucas, they were so caring, understanding and kind!
The care they gave not only for our furry baby but us was absolutely amazing… unfortunately we lost our sweet baby Lucas but we understood that there was so much that we could do and he lived a good 16 years of his life but his time had come something that nobody prepares you for it but they made us feel at home and I 100% but my trust in them. Thank you so much for everything you guys did. Working overnight I know it must not be easy but you guys did such an amazing job

Brought a sick stray kitten in. Was forced to sign ownership papers and pay $110. Kitten has pneumonia. Was then told to go to CAPS, who don't accept sick animals, referred to SPCA.
SPCA took the kitten will treat and put up for adoption.
