I am very glad I found this urgent care. I went to see the doctor last week and this is from now on my go to clinic in the Katy/Fulshear area. Very kind staff, both Doctors are great, kind, knowledgeable and very professionals. They treated me well and got my prescriptions sent immediately to my pharmacy. Everything was smooth and fast. I was in and out within 45 minutes with a great quality of care. They were in network with BCBS with it is must for me. Next day I got a call from the office to follow up on how I was doing. This is great !

I went back to this location for a follow up and I can’t believe how different this experience was from my last one. The MA who roomed me was very rude and for starters she didn’t let my caregiver stay with me as I was getting my vitals checked and asked her to wait in the room down the hall. Thinking that she was then going to walk me down there when she was done, I didn’t say anything but when she was finished she didn’t walk me at all and thankfully my caregiver stood outside the room and walked me to my assigned room. Then the MA essentially told me that I didn’t need to be there and that there were 4 people ahead of me so there would be a wait. I made an appointment for this scheduled time so the fact that walk ins were taken before me makes zero sense. She also told me that I should have gone to my primary care office but that’s easier said than done given how busy they are. I finally just left my room without being seen, and she didn’t even notice.
To be in a lot of pain as an elderly woman and told that your pain doesn’t matter and you shouldn’t be there is unacceptable. This MA should not work in the medical field as she has zero compassion and patience.

Our family went to AFC for a COVID test back in 2022 and were told that we didn’t owe anything, which made sense since COVID tests were free everywhere. However, we suddenly received a bill from MMS Clinical Labs, two years later, for the tests they performed. This is very unprofessional, and AFC should resolve these issues, as many people are receiving similar bills from debt collectors.

Visited on 9/28/24. I was called back quickly, but all interactions with the triage nurse were cold. She barely said anything. She took a nose swab for a COVID test and said something about 15 minutes, then walked out. 45 minutes later, the PA came in. He did not wash his hands, but did put on gloves. He was thorough with the exam, explained he was going to send prescriptions to the pharmacy and walked out. I wasn't sure what to do, was the nurse coming back? I went to the check out window and had to get the attention of the receptionist since she was watching videos on her phone. She said I was good to go, but that was a bit strange since she didn't have any of my records in front of her. My prescriptions were sent to the pharmacy. I guess I'll find out later how much I owe.
The PA was good, but the other staff I encountered was unprofessional. While waiting in the patient care room, I noticed that the floor was dirty, the countertop around the sink was stained with water spots and didn't appear to have been cleaned recently.
I chose this location because of the reviews, but I was disappointed. I will choose a different urgent care next time.

Where are the medicines for MY SON THIAGO, 2 days looking for the medicines, they are Walmart, they are not Cvs, they are Walmart, when I get to Walmart after 2 hours they tell me that the order is cancelled, I go to Cvs since they tell me that the They have the order, there I leave proof that I am not lying, in two pharmacies and neither gave the answer: where the medicines were, I called urgent care in a good way and the receptionist tells me that the medicines are ready: BE VERY CAREFUL. SHE SAYS, SINCE THE MEDICINES WERE CHARGED BY THE INSURANCE, wow ? and where are the medicines 12 hours and heading to 24 hours and the medicines never arrived, then the girl tells me that some medicines are at Walmart and others are at Cvs hahahahaha what a joke so big A LETTER SOUP. Thank you very much for caring about my son, I imagine that the doctor is going to collect her money since she did her job, right? Two pharmacies, two destinations and medicines ?, I do not recommend this place at all, I do not visit them ANY MORE

Horrible, I took my brother last Wednesday with a fever and a lot of cough, they only sent him a syrup, we returned to the urgent care on Friday because my brother felt worse, they told us that it was viral that it would pass on its own. That same Friday night my brother had to be admitted to the hospital; he is still hospitalized with severe pneumonia. The urgent care attention is very bad, a doctor who doesn't even check the patients properly, my brother is seriously ill now.
