Do not! I mean do not take your infant child here. I usually take my son and he hasn't had any problems until this last visit. My son has been coming here since he was one and he's almost three. On Monday I took my 3 month old as well. When I picked her up she was screaming at the top of her lungs. I was told she had just woke up. The lady from the front desk checked her paper work and said why does it say she hasn't been fed since 11:45? The lady said she just ate before she went to sleep. She checked the paper and it said nap at 4:30( it's now 4:45, so one would assume she had a bottle around 4 if she just had one before she went to sleep at 4:30). Ok she'll fall asleep in the car. NO! My baby is screaming at the top of her lungs so I finally stop after 10 mins and give her a bottle. She drank the entire thing! Which means she couldn't have just been fed at 4:30( or 4 if she had a bottle before she went to sleep). I call and I'm pissed. The director finally calls me back and says she gathered everybody to figure out that the last time she was fed was 2. I told her that's a problem because 1. It wasn't on her paper work. The correct documentation wasn't done. I would've fed her before I left. The communication is beyond poor. She was like but your baby was taken care of. Ma'am my baby was screaming for 15 mins. I'm thinking she needs a nap per the staff and she's freaking hungry. That's still a problem!!!! No one documented her feedings for 4.5 hrs. So I start yelling everybody's communication from the director to the workers has been poor which is very unacceptable when it comes to a infant! Not to mention when I got home my son had four diapers. I packed 5 and they were there for six hours. Now wonder I had to wait an extra seven to ten minutes because they were getting changed. He hadn't been changed! I don't know if it's the change in staff, the busyness of the summer but this is unacceptable. I started yelling yall have poor communication ( no curse words were used) she just hung up! You can't justify what happened, by just saying she was taken care of. Just like in nurse if it wasn't documented it wasn't done. Just terrible! If your baby can't tell you what's going on don't take them here.

Our son has loved AKP from the start. It’s been the perfect place for a rambunctious little dude like our son to start socializing. Miss Susie, Miss Tia, and the whole staff have been awesome. Thank you for taking such good care of our son. My wife and I can’t recommend Adventure Kids Playcare more highly.

The staff at this location is amazing. My grandson is autistic and so he's a handful. The staff here treats him with kindness, patience and respect.

My baby enjoys this place. He goes on Saturdays when I have to work and has been there during the week when I need emergency last minute care. It is very convenient and opened on nights and Saturdays. Staff is friendly and seems organized. Lots of activities and good food. I definitely recommend it if you need last minute care.

We have been going for almost 2 months now and absolutely LOVE this place! As a working mom of 4 kids, 4 yrs old and younger, it is a BLESSING to find a place like this! The hours are amazing. Love the hourly rates considering how many kids we have. Love that they provide food (and food options my kids will actually eat) at such a low cost which means one less thing my mom brain has to prepare and plan for. My kids LOVE it! My oldest apmost always brings home some kind of craft that theu did for the day. I have 2 kids under 18mos that go there and they get naps just like they would at home. The teachers are pretty good at sending us home report sheets of what they did and how they napped, ate, and diaper checks. We are always greeted with a friendly face no matter who is working. I just cant say enough thanks to the staff here for providing a place that we can feel truly at ease to send our kids to! Keep up the great work!

Made an appt for a tour several hours before the tour. Arrived on time, waited patiently in front lobby for 20+ mins bc staff member needed to find a child's missing item (after I checked in) and to check out children. Kinda felt disregarded and unimportant. Staff member apologized and continued to look for items. 5 mins later, I got a 5 min tour that was underwhelming. Not much to do in the toddler area, and the kids ran up to me, greeting and looking excited to have someone socialize with them. No car toys, dolls, or books that I noticed except a playhouse and other random toys. I would feel depressed leaving my child here for long periods of time. However, the availability and flexibility of time are amazing.

Lost my son's jacket the FIRST day he was there. Really? That was his favorite jacket too. Super disappointed. You get what you pay for.

Tried to make a reservation online and it would not work.Called several times to make a reservation and no one return my call. And then after me finally getting someone on the phone, after no one return my called, they are going to tell me they have no more room for reservations.I have been a member there for over two years. They need to find someone to answer the phones for reservations or fix the system online. Poor customer service.

I really enjoyed the ease of being able to drop my son off and not wonder about how many vacation days I have left in the year if if he doesn't come the following week. I have a living nanny so sometimes it's not really pressing for me to bring my son over. During the pandemic I feel like there's times where I don't feel like taking my son to daycare. I love the option to be able to have flex days and then I also love the fact that they keep the children interactive with different activities. When we walked in they were having pizza day with popcorn with drizzled chocolate. My son ran in and was ecstatic. They gave us a tour of the location but I can watch from the front while my son walked around. I feel like this location will be a great fit for us in our needs.

My son has been going to Adventure Kids Playcare for a few months and loves it. Since he is home-schooled, it was important to find a social environment that fostered his specific needs. He is on the autism spectrum and has social skills impairments and had less social opportunities when he was enrolled in the public schools. Since he has been attending Adventure Kids Playcare, he had more social opportunities with his same aged peers and his social communication skills have improved significantly. This program has surpassed my expectations and I am thankful that I was able to find a program that fostered his social skills and allowed his personal growth. I am looking forward to seeing him flourish more.
